Teachers are the basis of education plan.Only by having good teachers can we embrace a good education.Cultivating high-quality teachers and promoting the professional growth of teachers is the focus of international education research.In the context of the new college entrance examination,the shifting system will become a new teaching method,and the requirements for teachers will be higher.How to make teachers adapted to the requirements of the shifting system and how to optimize the construction mechanism of the teacher's studio in the background of the new requirements of the new college entrance examination is the value of the times.This topic is based on the idea of combining theory with practice.Taking HL Senior Middle School as an example,this paper introduces the construction of HL Senior Middle School's famous teachers' studio.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it focuses on the requirements of class-walking system for teachers,adapting to education reform,improving teachers' professional development level,promoting teachers' professional development and closely linking with students.It also analyses the construction of HL Senior Middle School's famous teachers' studio.The content of the studio construction,the support and guarantee of the construction of the famous teachers' studio,the daily learning management of the famous teachers' studio,the creation and management of the achievements of the famous teachers' studio and so on,have found out the existing problems.The reasons are mainly manifested in the lack of pioneering consciousness of the famous teachers' studio in adapting to the requirements of educational reform and improving the professional development level of teachers,and the promotion of the famous teachers' studio.Teachers' professional development is not highly valued in the two aspects of close links with students.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward some improving strategies for the construction of HL senior high school teachers' studios.Firstly,aiming at the problem that the construction of HL senior high school teachers' studios neglects the requirement of class-walking system for teachers and the need for teachers' professional development to connect with students,this paper centers on the new college entrance examination students' class-walking system and establishes a new college entrance examination studio for all teachers to participate in,and establishes a new college entrance examination for This project builds a special academic research platform to promote teachers' professional development mechanism by extending inter-school cooperation for the new college entrance examination.Secondly,in view of the problems existingin the management of HL senior high school teachers' studios in improving teachers' professional development level,the internal mechanism and external linkage mechanism need to be improved,the construction of dynamic mechanism should be strengthened to promote teachers' studios to keep up with the requirements of teachers and students under the class system.At the same time,the construction of integration mechanism should be strengthened to meet the requirements of the class system for teachers to promote the transformation of research results.Serve the professional development of teachers.Thirdly,in view of the limited support and breadth of the higher-level organizations and school administrative forces to the requirements of the shift system for teachers,this paper puts forward the improving strategies aiming at the requirements of the new college entrance examination shift system in order to guarantee the mechanism construction and ensure the comprehensive and healthy development of the well-known teachers' studios.
