Research On Autonomous Time Management Of Junior High School Students

Junior high school students are in an important stage of learning and even life.Their time management style may affect the degree and level of physical and mental development of junior high school students.Through independent research junior high school students time management present situation,be helpful for junior high school students find themselves on time management problems,analyze the reasons,and aiming at the existing problem for time management countermeasures,prompted junior middle school students are making full use of their time and improve the efficiency of its time,which to a certain extent,enhance junior high school students learning efficiency and quality of life.Based on the research on the independent time management tendency and the independent time management content of junior high school students,the author draws the following conclusions: in terms of the time management tendency,there are differences among junior high school students in terms of gender,urban and rural areas,single children and non-single children,and different grades.In the specific management of junior high school students' independent time,there are some problems such as improper goal setting of independent time management,insufficient discretionary time and hidden waste of independent time management,lack of single activity content of independent time management,and improper plan of independent time management of junior high school students.Analysis of the reasons for the problems in junior high school students' independent time management can be found that the main problems are lack of awareness of independent time management,lack of independent time management methods,lack of independent time management will,etc.For this purpose,the junior middle school students autonomy in time management,we should pay attention to the junior high school time management tendency between independently,in view of the different variables differentiation management,should pay attention to the differences in time management,both men and women should pay attention to different students to students of the differences in time management,should pay attention to the differences of different grade students on time management,focus on the one-child differences with and without one-child management;In view of the allocation and utilization of junior high school students' autonomous time,it is necessary to guide junior high school students to clarify the objectives of autonomous time management,increase the number of autonomous time management,reduce time waste,clarify the content of autonomous time management,improve the planning of autonomous time management,and strengthen the guidance of specific methods of time management.
