| For junior high school students,there is a certain amount of autonomous time after study.How to arrange the autonomous time,to a large extent,tests the students’ autonomous time management ability.In this critical period of growth,learning how to arrange time independently plays an important role in the healthy growth of junior high school students.At present,the pressure of junior high school students’ schoolwork is gradually increasing.Schools and parents also arrange more remedial classes and extra-curricular learning for junior high school students.On the one hand,this arrangement occupies junior high school students’ autonomous time,resulting in the reduction of the time that can be arranged independently,on the other hand,it is not conducive to the cultivation of junior high school students’ autonomous time management ability.In the long run,autonomous time management ability is closely related to junior high school students’ learning ability and self-discipline ability.Junior high school students should pay attention to the improvement of autonomous time management ability,so as to contribute to the optimization of their current learning arrangements and the long-term development in the future.This study used questionnaire and interview method to investigate and interview the students,teachers and parents of two middle schools in Dongli District of Tianjin,and to understand the basic situation and specific differences of junior middle school students in independent time management.The questionnaire makes a basic analysis of junior high school students’ time occupancy and utilization,and investigates and understands the skill level,realization ability,importance cognition and external influence of junior high school students’time management from four dimensions of time management,self-efficacy,self-cognition and normative pressure.Through the study,it is found that there are fewer free time available for junior middle school students,some dependence on online entertainment,a large gap in the level of independent time management,a lack of skills and methods of independent time management,a lack of self-efficacy,a lack of awareness of the importance of independent time management,and a lack of guidance role of school parents in society.Problems of loss In view of these problems,the author proposes that from the perspective of students,we should enhance the level of self-awareness,establish awareness of time management,establish long-term and short-term goals,and develop the habit of independent time management;from the perspective of parents,we should change the concept of time,cultivate children’s ability to manage time independently,and create a good and harmonious family atmosphere.From the school point of view,we should optimize classroom teaching,pay attention to peering group guidance,strengthen self-efficacy,enhance the construction of campus culture and so on;from the social aspect,we should pay attention to create a good social environment,and pay attention to the correct guidance of mass media.The author hopes that through this study,can play a certain role in promoting junior high school students’ ability to manage their own time,but also for teachers in the future teaching guidance to provide a certain reference. |
