Group Work Intervention Study On Orphan Creativity Cultivation

Orphans are a special group,and they have been paid much attention in many aspects.Social welfare policies and systems for orphans are constantly being improved.From the welfare policies at the national level to the generous subsidies from all sectors of society,orphans have a relatively complete guarantee in life and study,such as the establishment of orphanages and schools for school-age orphans for their study.Both the orphans in the narrow sense and the actual orphans can get good basic education and quality education in the orphan school.Orphan students are not significantly different from ordinary students in intellectual level and physiological conditions,and their internal creativity is not fundamentally different.However,due to their own family background and living environment,the creativity of orphan students is restrained to some extent,and they lack vitality,are more "dull" and inflexible.To cultivate the creativity of orphans and enhance their individual ability is conducive to cultivating the comprehensive quality of orphans and students,promoting the overall development of individuals,so that orphans can better integrate with the society and other social groups.Taking the third grade students in the orphan school of J province as an example,this paper discusses the ways to foster the creativity of orphans in the institutionalized living environment.Research on the basis of guildford,creativity theory and scale,the orphan students professional team work,supplemented by case work methods,to promote the individual team environment combines psychology related theory,through detailed inventory data and semi-structured interviews,to explore the effectiveness of group activities cultivate orphans creativity.In this study,on the whole,after the study of creative methods and theory at home and abroad,with the method of group supplemented case,in view of the relative weaker orphan students creativity provides the team work and case work service,proves that the professional social work method for creativity promotion and the effectiveness of the training.However,there is still a lot of room for social work to explore the creativity of orphans,which deserves more profound thinking and research.
