Research On The Action Strategy Of Grassroots Sports Organization

Since the 1980s,grassroots sports organizations have sprung up all over the country.Grassroots sports organization is a kind of sports organization,which is rooted in the grass-roots and composed of the spontaneous people.It has a broad mass basis,and its rapid development greatly meets the fitness needs and emotional needs of the grass-roots people in China.So,what promoted the rise of grassroots sports organizations? What are the problems of grassroots sports organizations in the process of survival? What action strategies do grassroots sports organizations take for development? A series of problems are worthy of further study.This paper mainly adopts case study method,selects taijiyuan team in Shuicheng of Qian'an city as the research object,takes resource dependence theory,civil society theory and public service theory as the theoretical basis,and combines the research methods such as literature data method,interview method and on-the-spot investigation method,through investigation,visit and data collection for up to one year,to study the team building and resource acquisition of the organization,and how to The action strategies for emotional maintenance of internal members and interaction with external members.The results show that the action strategies adopted by Shuicheng taijiyuan team have the following characteristics: first,adhere to the independence of organizational development.It centers on the internal activities of the organization,but it tends to serve the official activities and organize its own activities.Second,actively participate in the activities of the government,enterprises,schools and other organizations to obtain formal legitimacy and resources to maintain the normal operation of the organization.Third,give full play to the role of organizational team elites.In the process of organizational development,team elites play an important role in building relationships with the outside and drawing resources.At the same time,although Shuicheng taijiyuan team has taken some action strategies for development,there are still some limitations and dilemmas,such as lack of funds,lack of activity venues,lack of team talents and imperfect internal management.Based on the case study,this paper tries to put forward the action optimization path for the long-term development of grass-roots sports organizations from the two levels of government and organization.At the government level,it is proposed to increase financial support to accelerate its own hematopoiesis capacity;increase indoor venues to break the constraints of the natural environment;strengthen the construction of grassroots sports talents to play its core role.At the organization level of grassroots sports,it is necessary to establish multi-channel development channels,improve the ability to draw resources,use media strength,increase publicity,optimize the internal management structure,and improve the level of organization and management.Through the study of Shuicheng taijiyuan team,this paper hopes to provide some practical basis for the construction of grass-roots sports organizations,so as to further promote the development of grass-roots sports organizations.
