Research On The Development Factors Of Grassroots Tennis Organization In Fuzhou

Grassroots sports organization is an important branch of sports social organization,is shouldering the public sports services,organizations at the grass-roots level sports activities,meet the demand of mass sports,and reflect the demands of mass sports,to promote the national fitness campaign,make up for the government failure and market failure,resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of sports and participate in the responsibility of social governance.With the sustained and healthy development of China’s economy and society,residents’ living and consumption levels have been significantly improved,and people’s demand for sports has been increasing day by day.Among them,tennis,as a ball game of cross-net confrontation,has the characteristics of high security,strong interest,easy to learn and suitable for all ages,and has become one of the popular sports.At the same time,grassroots tennis organizations are constantly emerging and expanding their social influence,playing an indispensable role in promoting the development of tennis.Therefore,it is of certain research significance to study grassroots tennis organizations.However,through literature review,it is found that the research on grassroots sports organizations is relatively shallow and weak,and there is no research on grassroots tennis organizations.Therefore,this article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method and mathematical statistics methods,such as trying to "the development of fuzhou city grassroots tennis organization elements",in order to find difficulties in the development of fuzhou city grassroots tennis organization and its reasons,find the realistic approach to break the barriers and shackles,thus for grassroots tennis organization and grassroots governance and development of the sports organizations to provide theoretical support and reference basis.Main conclusions: 1.The main factors for the formation of grassroots tennis organizations in fuzhou are the popularity of tennis,the demand of tennis masses,the development of economy,the diffusion of volunteerism and the rise of Internet interactive media.2.The characteristics of grassroots tennis organizations in fuzhou mainly include non-governmental,non-profit,spontaneity,reciprocity and marginalization.3.Through literature review,summary and statistical analysis of questionnaire results,the development factors of grassroots tennis organizations in fuzhou city are classified into six elements :(1)basic characteristics of the organization members,and summarize the characteristics of the organization members;(2)driving factors,including event holding,popularity of tennis,member demand and internal communication;(3)internal management elements,including the formulation and implementation of organizational rules and regulations,organizational objectives,human and financial resources management,etc.;(4)external supervision elements,including the support and improvement of policies and regulations,the organization of appropriate legal status and the attention of relevant departments;(5)basic guarantee elements,including the guarantee of the place for organizing activities,geographical location,climatic conditions,relations with surrounding departments and the security guarantee of activities;(6)members’ input factors,including the stable life,economic income,leisure time and economic development level of fuzhou.Put forward Suggestions for the development of grassroots tennis organizations in fuzhou: broaden the resource source channels and change the single source of funds;Strengthen exchanges with government departments to establish good relations;To define the development goals,and to explore their own development path;Improve internal management and improve organizational efficiency;Adhere to the people-oriented,to provide quality service for the players.
