Research On The Survival Strategy Of Grassroots Sports Organizations From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence

In recent years,a large number of grass-roots sports organizations have emerged,playing an increasingly important role in meeting the fitness needs of the general public and participating in social management activities.One element in the multi-governance structure of sports is the backbone for realizing the goal of national fitness in my country.At present,grassroots sports organizations are faced with survival problems such as institutional difficulties,lack of professionals,lack of funds,and insufficient resources of venues and facilities,and their living environment and living conditions are worrying.This paper takes three cases as the object of investigation,adopts case study method,field investigation method,interview method and other research methods,and takes the resource dependence theory as the theoretical basis of the research,and analyzes the survival strategies of the three organizations.First of all,according to the resource dependence theory,the survival of the organization is the primary concern of the organization,so we should pay attention to the resources that the organization obtains.The main bodies of resource dependence are government,market and society.On this basis,the three cases of grassroots sports organizations and the resource dependence relationship between different subjects,the manifestations of resource dependence and their respective survival strategies are analyzed.In the empirical study of three cases,this study found that the survival of Erlang Lane Gateball Association mainly depends on government resources,which are represented by legal resources,capital resources,venue resources,human resources,party building resources,etc.The survival strategy is dependent Survival,through active lobbying by "elite figures",close to the "main theme" to express political correctness,self-improvement,and use of "achievements" to speak for external resources;Zhongao Road Running Club mainly relies on the resources of the enterprise,which is manifested in financial resources,information Resources,product resources,human resources,etc.,the survival sOtrategy is mutual aid survival,and resources are obtained by building "brand" public welfare activities,attracting "insiders" with credibility,and innovatively using 〃new media" technology;Meiyan Taijiquan Team’s Survival mainly depends on the resources of other social organizations,manifested in organizational relationships,human resources,event resources,financial resources,etc.The survival strategy is anchored survival,attracting team members through emotional bonds,taking the initiative to attack,and strengthening communication to maintain survival.It reflects the diversification of resource acquisition channels by grassroots sports organizations,and by relying on different subjects,their own viability has been continuously improved.s Survival mainly depends on the resources of other social continuously improved.On the basis of three case studies,this paper attempts to put forward suggestions on the survival and development of grassroots sports organizations from four aspects:the govemment level,the enterprise level,the social organization level,and the grassroots sports organization’s own level.At the government level,it is proposed to change the concept of policy setting and provide supporting measures;strengthen the cultivation of professional talents and improve the guarantee mechanism;clarify the land stock and promote the opening of the site;expand the scope of government procurement of services and improve organizational capabilities;include the scope of supervision and establish a reward and punishment mechanism.At the enterprise level,it is proposed to establish the concept of assistance and adhere to the principle of two-way matching;focus on the service process to promote the effective supply of resources;advocate two-way evaluation and form a long-term mechanism.At the level of other social organizations,it is proposed to clarify its own functional positioning and emphasize the "service" function;to use the community as a position to mobilize multiple organizations to carry out sports activities;to target grassroots sports organizations,to contact multiple subjects to carry out training work.At the level of grassroots sports organizations,it is proposed to independently expand resource acquisition channels and improve resource acquisition capabilities;build an internal governance framework and implement a democratic evaluation system;form a fitness culture atmosphere to improve organizational viability;increase publicity and enhance social credibility.
