Research On Survival Strategy Of Grassroots Sports Organizations

Grassroots sports organization plays an important role in promoting national fitness cause,the current social transformation for the development of grassroots sports organizations provide a good living environment,but because of its own lack of capacity,with the outside world fit is not high,the current state of development is not optimistic.This article takes Beijing W organization as the object of investigation,adopts case study method,participation observation method and other research methods.It is supported by the theory of civil society,self-organization theory,organization identification theory and resource dependency theory.Space,internal and external interactions are sorted out.From the three aspects of organizational formation characteristics,operational characteristics,and the relationship between the organization and the environment,it analyzes the survival status and strategy of the W organization,and proposes a development path out of the case,hoping to provide urban self-organized development.A meaningful reference to promote the establishment of a micro-organizational structure of national fitness strategy.This study draws the following conclusions: 1.Informal constraints and internal identification of the organization constitute the internal mechanism of W organization operation.Second,for W organizations with better organization and their own charters,the current dilemmas focus on lack of legitimacy and identity,unclear development goals,immature management systems,personalized organizational development and lack of guarantees for resource extraction.3.The survival core of W organization has the following three factors,"innovation","feeling" and "participation".On the one hand,the survival of the W organization raises recognition by creating internal“viscosity”in the organization.On the one hand,it builds an external participation system to borrow momentum from different subjects.It manifests itself as relying on government authority,becoming an enterprise,a media promotion,and collaborating with different organizations.Outside resources.4.The talents of grassroots sports organizations are the initiators and organizers of the organization,as well as the promoters of the organization's actions and the resource contenders.5.Grassroots sports organizations exhibit the characteristics of coexistence of dependence and autonomy.In addition,the existence status and strategies of W organizations were reflected.Based on the reflection on the identity issues,operating mode issues,personalization trend issues,and instability issues of resource extraction channels of W organizations,they went out of the case and made grassroots sports organizations The development path of the government puts forward countermeasures at the government level: First,change the concept of "achievement" and affirm the role of grass-roots sports organizations;Second,relax the registration conditions of social organizations to social management agencies;Third,strengthen funding support and resource guidance;And do a good job in training the talents;five,to adopt multiple governance methods for grassroots sports organizations.Propose countermeasures from the grassroots sports organization's own level: First,take root in the masses and improve identification;second,strengthen self-construction in multiple ways;third,take the initiative to strengthen contact with multiple parties.
