Research On The Application Of Group Work In College Freshmen's Campus Adaptation

With the expansion of college enrollment and the reform of college education system,the group of freshmen is growing.The living environment,interpersonal communication,learning methods and teaching mode of university are totally different from those of high school.A series of changes come with entering the University,which makes the freshmen feel difficult to adapt.Whether the freshmen can adapt to the campus life has a direct impact on their growth and development in the four years.In view of this problem,colleges and universities have carried out campus adaptive education.But on the whole,there are short time,traditional problems of education mode,blindly emphasizing the importance of system and discipline,which can not help freshmen adapt to campus life.Using the method of group work can not only help freshmen adapt to campus life to a certain extent,but also effectively enrich the contents of Freshmen's enrollment education.Therefore,it is necessary for group work to intervene in the research of Freshmen's campus adaptation.Based on a field survey of the 2019 freshmen of Inner Mongolia Y University,this paper makes a deep understanding of the problems existing in their adaptation to campus life,analyzes the causes of their maladjustment,determines the group objectives and plans and assists the freshmen in their good adaptation through five group activities should be campus life.At the end of the activity,the effectiveness of the group activity are evaluated by process record and satisfaction survey.The first mock exam of group work is involved in the program of adapting to the new college students.Practice has proved that the way of group work has the characteristics of strong interest,high innovation and wide acceptance,which can be fully applied to improve the adaptability of college freshmen,hoping to contribute a little to solve the problem of College Freshmen's campus adaptation.
