| People with mental illness are a group that needs acceptance and care from our society as a whole.With the transformation of bio-psycho-social medicine model,society has an increasing influence on patients with mental illness,and social work of mental rehabilitation plays an inestimable role in promoting the recovery of social functions and social integration of patients with mental illness.Ningxia Y Organization is a unit directly under the civil administration and a secondary psychiatric medical institution.Since the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic,the number of hospitallizations of patients with mental illness in the institution has increased,especially the increase in schizophrenia.The institution adopts a fully closed management model and does not allow face-to-face visits,which has led to three problems for hospitalized schizophrenic patients:First,patients do not adapt to a fully closed inpatient environment.Second,face-to-face visits are not allowed,weakening the patient’s social support system.Third,the sense of self-efficacy is reduced.How can patients adapt to the hospitalization environment,receive social support,and improve self-efficacy?Based on the theory of advantageous perspective and social learning theory,this paper uses the resource advantages of long-term native art creation and the ability of inpatient schizophrenic patients to stabilize the mood and achieve self-healing through native art creation.Through the role model of peer supporters,patients can regain their confidence.Carry out native art peer support groups for hospitalized schizophrenic patients,enhance group cohesion in the form of original art sharing,role-playing,games,etc.,establish a pathogenic social support network for group members,and promote patients’ adaptation and integration into the inpatient environment.With the help of the project research of the original art research group of Ningxia Y organization,the author recruited 8 members to carry out the original art peer support group,and compared the changes of the group members before and after by using the methods of interview,observation and scale evaluation.The results show that the native art peer support group is effective in improving the ability of the team members and promoting the integration of the environment.First,in improving the ability of team members.This group can improve the self-efficacy of team members,tap the potential of team members and stimulate internal drive.Second,environmental integration.Establish good interpersonal relationships,establish social support networks and promote environmental adaptation and integration.The author organically combines native art with peer support group work,solves the problems of team members and responds to the needs.It has certain reference value for the development of social work of mental rehabilitation. |
