With the development and popularization of tennis, more and more people began to learn tennis.Practice has found that primary school students often shake and dump when they hit the ball, which affects the hitting action, which is due to their own weak balance ability, resulting in unsatisfactory hitting effect. Therefore, enhancing balance becomes the key to improving batting stability.Primary school students are in a sensitive period of balanced quality development, and it is important to choose reasonable and effective balance ability exercises. This research adopts the teaching experiment method, and 40 pupils who meet the experimental conditions are selected to carry out a 16 week,40 minute teaching experiment for a single class. The experimental group uses unstable state balance ability training, and the control group uses stable state balance ability training. Before and after the experiment, balance achievement test, forehand and backhand stability test, and tennis learning interest test are carried out,and the following results are obtained:(1)Unstable state balance training has a significant effect on improving the balance ability of primary school students(P closed eye heel lifting=0.000<0.01,P closed eye left foot standing=0.000<0.01,P closed eye right foot standing=0.000<0.01,P closed eye standing in place=0.000<0.01),and has a significant effect on improving the stability of primary school students’ forward and backhand hitting(P forehand hitting depth=0.000<0.01,P forehand hitting accuracy=0.000<0.01,P backhand hitting depth=0.000<0.01,P backhand hitting accuracy=0.000<0.01),It also has a significant effect on improving the interest of primary school students in tennis learning(P=0.004<0.01,P product=0.009<0.01,P elimination=0.000<0.01,P self=0.000<0.01).(2)The stable state balance training has a significant effect on improving the balance ability of primary school students with closed eyes left foot standing(P closed eyes left foot standing=0.026<0.05),while the other three items are not significant(P closed eyes heel lifting=0.153>0.05,P closed eyes right foot standing=0.186>0.05,P closed eyes standing in place=0.663>0.05).It has a significant effect on improving the stability of primary school students’ forehand and backhand hitting(P forehand hitting depth=0.020<0.05),The other three items were not significant(P forehand stroke accuracy=0.064>0.05,P backhand stroke depth=0.128>0.05,P backhand stroke accuracy=0.053>0.05),and had a significant effect on improving primary school students’ interest in tennis learning(P Yun=0.026<0.05).The other three items were not significant(P Product=0.166>0.05,P Elimination=0.146>0.05,P Self=0.060>0.05).(3)Compared with stable state balance training, unstable state balance training has a significant improvement effect on the balance ability of primary school students(P closed eye heel lifting=0.034<0.05,P closed eye left foot standing=0.001<0.01,P closed eye right foot standing=0.027<0.05,P closed eye standing in place=0.023<0.05),The effect on improving the stability of primary school students’ forward and backhand strokes is significant(P forehand stroke depth=0.002<0.01,P forehand stroke accuracy=0.007<0.01,P backhand stroke depth=0.000<0.01,P backhand stroke accuracy=0.003<0.01).Among the effects on improving primary school students’ interest in tennis learning, the effect of autonomous sports participation is significant(P exercise=0.027<0.05),while the other three items are not significant(P product=0.062>0.05,P elimination=0.247>0.05,P self=0.597>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)After 16 weeks of unstable balance training, students’ dynamic and static balance abilities have been improved, indicating that unstable state balance training can effectively improve students’ dynamic and static balance abilities.(2)The experimental group of students showed a significant improvement in the stability of their forehand and backhand hitting abilities after the experiment, indicating that unstable state balance training can effectively improve their forehand and backhand hitting abilities.(3)The interest of the experimental group students in tennis learning has greatly increased before and after the experiment, indicating that unstable state balance training can significantly enhance students’ interest in tennis learning.(4)Both unstable balance training and traditional balance training can improve the stability of students’ forward and backhand strokes. Moreover, the improvement effect of unstable balance ability training is much better than that of traditional balance ability training. Therefore,it is necessary to continuously explore and improve the training of unstable balance ability in tennis teaching, develop systematic and scientific training plans for unstable balance ability, and targeted improve students’ balance ability and stability of forward and backhand strokes.
