Research purposes: the increasing proportion of obese children, sedentary behavior habits and lack of physical activity and a series of phenomena that affect children’s physical and mental health are common. As an important resource of social sustainable development, children’s physical and mental health development is in a crucial position. The development of basic motor skills is a complex process across the whole human life cycle, and it is also an important basis for children to actively participate in physical activities, promote the formation of motor skills and healthy behavior habits. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of Wushu Aerobics on the development level of basic movement skills of children aged 8-9,in order to improve children’s basic movement skills through Wushu aerobics practice, promote children’s physical and mental health development, provide new research ideas and directions for the development of basic movement skills intervention, and provide theoretical basis for the selection of children’s sports classroom projects.Research methods: This paper mainly adopts the experimental method and other research methods, the experimental method selects 80 third grade students in Rizhao Golden Coast primary school as the experimental object, including 39 students in the experimental group and 41 students in the control group. The experimental group was intervened with Wushu aerobics for 35 minutes three times a week for 12 weeks, while the control group was intervened according to the routine physical education curriculum. The displacement skills and operation skills of the two groups were evaluated by tgmd-2 before and after the experiment,Spss21.0 software was used for paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test to analyze the experimental data.Research results: before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the total scores of displacement skills, operation skills and basic motor skills between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05);After the intervention, there were significant differences in the total scores of displacement skills, operation skills and basic motor skills between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05);There were significant differences in the total scores of displacement skills, operation skills and basic motor skills between the two groups(P < 0.05);In the control group, there were significant differences in the total scores of displacement skills and basic motor skills before and after the test(P < 0.05).Although the scores of operation skills were improved, there were no significant differences between the two groups(P > 0.05).Research conclusion: This study found that 12 week Wushu aerobics intervention can improve the development level of children’s displacement skills and operation skills,Wushu aerobics is more targeted to the development of children’s basic movement skills than conventional physical education courses, and can more effectively promote the development of children’s basic movement skills. |
