The State Sports General Administration officially issued the "Measures for the Management of Referees in Sports Competitions" in 2016,which clearly stipulates the level identification,registration and management of referees.As a base for cultivating sports professionals,physical education colleges have the right to approve and approve the referee level of sports events.Refereeing ability and competitive ability are generally one of the qualities that the students of sports colleges and universities must possess,which should be paid attention to.The analysis shows that there are problems such as unreasonable content setting,incomplete coverage,and lack of pertinence and systematicness in the assessment of table tennis referees of different levels in the table tennis referee grade examination in sports colleges.Therefore,this article systematically constructs a complete set of table tennis referee grade examination content system through literature materials,questionnaire survey,Delphi method and mathematical statistics.Research indicates:1.This research has constructed a complete system of table tennis referee examination content.The system includes 4 first-level dimensions of competition rules,organization and management,lottery scheduling and on-site operation,equipment,round judgment,serve,term definition,rotation serving method,inspection team work,competition items and competition system,venue conditions and management,and clothing Advertising management,production of order books,management of results,acceptance of registration,dispute resolution,round-robin competitions,knock-outs and play-offs,schedule scheduling and management,use of balance control tables,competition personnel responsibilities,inspection procedures,in-match operations and post-match operations 22second-level dimensions,104 three-level dimensions,such as table,net device,serve violation,scoring and distribution,and the use of commonly used scheduling software.2.In the table tennis referee content index system,different referee levels have different emphasis on the content of the examination.In the first-level examination of table tennis referees,the main focus is on organizational management and the assessment of more complicated lottery and arrangement related knowledge.In the second-level exam,the focus is on the relevant knowledge of lottery arrangement and part of organization management.In the third level examination,the main focus is on the relevant knowledge of competition rules and on-site operations.3.The examination content system has enriched the theory of table tennis referees to a certain extent.At the same time,it is conducive to the selection of the content of the table tennis referee exams in sports colleges,and it is convenient to determine the key points of different grades of examinations.It has practical significance for the training of table tennis referees in sports colleges.
