With the continuous development of China's economy,the gap of talents engaged in frontline posts is expanding,and the demand for the quality of talents is also increasingly higher.Under this circumstance,vocational education has attracted much attention from the state and society.As a critical part of modern vocational education in China,secondary vocational education has gradually gained social recognition.It emphasizes the cultivation of students' practical skills,which is an important branch of the human resources structure of socialist construction in China.In recent years,the rise of study travel has become a hot spot in education reform.As a supplement to the practice or training differed from the traditional curriculum teaching,it is a flavoring agent in teaching activities,which not only helps to activate teaching,but also boosts the enthusiasm of students' self-learning and improves their basic literacy.Therefore,the focus of the secondary vocational schools is how to carry out abundant students' practical activities through study travel,which helps to maximize individual potential with comprehensive,practical and interdisciplinary courses,cultivate students' sense of teamwork,broaden their horizons,further strengthen quality education and skills training,and realize students' self-improvement.This paper takes vocational schools in Fuzhou city,Fujian Province as the research object,and analyses the current situation of practical training in those schools.It is found that there exist some problems,such as teachers' adherence to classroom teaching,lack of interaction in the teaching process,dull content,single on-campus training function,and insufficient off-campus training.The root of the problem lies in students' own factors,including poor knowledge and low cultural quality.There are also school factors,such as restrictions on off-campus training,deficiencies in teachers professional ability,and social factors as lack of government policies and social training bases and so on.Therefore,on the basis of absorbing the theoretical research and practical experience of study travel at home and abroad,and combined with the perception of teachers and students on study travel,four modes of comprehensive training of secondary vocational education are established,namely,the mode of "professional courses + travel","skill practice + travel","practical topics + travel","voluntary service + travel".And it aims to confirm the responsibilities and work contents,activity design,time arrangement and activity plan of the participants in each mode.In order to ensure the long-term improvement and development of comprehensive training activities of study travel,the project operation system,safety guarantee system and result evaluation system of secondary vocational schools are constructed,and the strategy of implementing study travel in secondary vocational schools in Fuzhou is put forward.It is hoped that with the help of study travel,professional teaching reform will be promoted by means of study travel,the quality of secondary vocational schools will be improved,the practical training path of secondary vocational schools will be enriched,the practical ability of secondary vocational students will be improved,the teaching concept of people-oriented will be strengthened,and the comprehensive development of secondary vocational students will be promoted.
