| As research travel is gradually recognized by more and more industries and institutions,many types of research travel activities for primary and secondary school students have been carried out.However,with the accelerated development of research travel in China,professional team of teachers is in urgent need,so that primary and secondary school students can really acquire relevant knowledge in research travel At present,the training of research travel talents in China mainly relies on middle and higher vocational colleges,so it is imperative to evaluate the training mode of research travel talents.This thesis used the literature analysis and questionnaire survey for research Combed the research study travel research.Firstly,this paper reviews the research on research travel talent training mode at home and abroad,expounds the concept of research travel instructors and CIPP theory,and makes a theoretical analysis of life education theory constructivism education theory situational learning theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research direction.Secondly,it analyzes and summarizes the current situation and problems of the talent training mode which should be possessed by the research travel talents in China,and discusses the insufficiency of the talent training mode of the secondary vocational tourism colleges for example.Finally,the CIPP evaluation model is used to select,release,recycle and integrate the conclusions.The data are evaluated and analyzed from the background evaluation of the example institutions,the investment evaluation process evaluation and the achievement evaluation.The findings are as follows:(1)Strengthening the construction of teaching staff for research trips: Students of the research institutions recognize the professional quality and professional ability of teachers of specialized courses,but think that the innovative spirit of teachers is insufficient,and the practical teaching ability is weak;(2)Improving the curriculum system: it highlights that the basic courses and skills courses of the university are not clear,and the content of practical training courses should be appropriately increased to improve students’ professional skills.Although the integration of documents and certificates is being tried,it is not mature yet;(3)Enhancing university-enterprise cooperation: The low degree of satisfaction evaluation of university-enterprise cooperation in the training mode of research travel talents is mainly reflected in the number of practical opportunities of university-enterprise cooperation;(4)Strengthening teaching management: the evaluation methods of attendance system and teaching means for the training of research travel talents in this university are low;(5)Improving the teaching material system: there is no teaching material matching this major in the research institutions,which needs to be further improved.Based on the research findings,It includes constructing the curriculum evaluation system suitable for secondary vocational students,improving the training of communication between teachers and secondary vocational students,accelerating the construction of teaching material system for secondary vocational students,increasing the guiding role of teachers in the practical activities of secondary vocational students,and perfecting the economic security mechanism of government for secondary vocational students. |
