With the continuous development of quality education reform,the efficiency and quality of class teaching have been paid more attention.In the process of teaching,how to improve teaching efficiency and teaching effect? High school music course,as an important subject of quality education,has been paid more and more attention to it's efficiency and quality problems in teaching.But under the original teaching mode,The teaching efficiency and teaching effect are not good,which is different from the need of high school music teaching under the new situation.In view of this situation,how to promote the management of "efficient classroom" in the course of music teaching in senior high school,and how to improve the "efficient class" in the course of music teaching in senior high school? Effective practice in high school music teaching has become an important subject that high school music teachers must consider.High school music teaching is an important part of quality education.The teaching effect and quality in music class are wide public concerns in the teaching.As quality education develops,original teaching mode and management mode can't adapt to existing music classroom teaching.Starting from quality educational teaching requirements for the students,this research through literature research,questionnaire and case study to propose the "Efficient Classroom" concept based on in-depth researches on the status quo of teaching management research,Galton's classroom management theory,holistic classroom management theory and harmonious classroom management theory at home and abroad.Take the efficient management of high school music classroom as the point-cut,this research carries out questionnaire survey to the students and teachers in Jiaxing from the aspects of teaching concept,teaching organization form,teaching environment establishment and after-class feedback of the class.It comprehensively solves current problems in music class management in Jiaxing,which analyzes the causes from the teacher and student aspects,and explores how to promote "efficient classroom" management in high school music teaching.In practical investigation,it takes efficient music classroom management standard as the evaluation criterion,and analyzes the teaching management from the five elements of teachers,teaching,students,classroom atmosphere and teaching evaluation management.Through comprehensive management of the five elements,it greatly stimulates students' interest in learning,and makes full use of student's main role,and achieves the "Efficiency" of music class management in senior high school.In short,in order to achieve high school music efficient management,teachers must change their teaching idea and focus on accurate music teaching target.In teaching practice,we must start on the basis of the students to make diversified teaching forms,flexibly arrange teaching tasks,and try the best to improve the teaching environment and atmosphere.Besides,we must be active to give feedback after the class,and improve the deficiency in class management.This research proposes specific teaching management and suggestions that aims to promote the efficient management of high school music class and personalized development of students...
