As an important part of science education,high school physics curriculum plays a very important role in improving students' scientific literacy and promoting their all-round development.According to Physics Curriculum Standards of the Ordinary Senior Middle School(2017 edition)," Core competence of Physics discipline includes four aspects:'physical concept','scientific thinking','scientific inquiry' and 'scientific attitude and responsibility'." It also points out that the goal of the curriculum is "that should further promote the cultivation and development of students' Core competence of Physics discipline on the basis of compulsory education." It must relys on physics exercises that the physical problems in the actual and physical phenomena simplify physical problem.Physical exercises teaching can refine and sublimate the physical concepts and laws,It also can help students form the habit of scientific thinking and cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve problems,nowadays college talents mainly through the university entrance exam.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to improve the efficiency of high school Physical exercises teaching and create an efficient class of high school physics recitation class.It can also improve students' core competence of Physics discipline and comply with the requirements of the new curriculum reform.In the current high school physical exercises teaching,most teachers are bound by the traditional teaching model,teachers show everything and want to tell all of their own "imparts" to students.Students' learning is on a shallow level,Students can understand the teacher's methods and ideas,but can not complete by themselves.Therefore,the teacher must renew the concept,seeks the new teaching exercise class patternin the teaching exercise class.The efficient class is aimed at the traditional inefficient relatively class,and it is a correction to the traditional class.Its basic description is:little teaching input as possible,to achieve the best teaching output as possible,the core concept is autonomy,cooperation,exploration.If the efficient class can be applied to the senior high school physical exercises class,so that students can participate in the class,think independently in the class,and cooperate to explore and solve problems,it will improve the efficiency of senior high school physical exercises class,and solve the disadvantages of traditional class in senior high school physical exercises class.However,most of the research and investigation on the efficient class focus on the teaching of new courses.In this context,I understand the research status of efficient class through literature review,it can lay a theoretical foundation for my own research.Next to I take Yaozhou middle school in Tongchuan City,Shanxi Province as an example.First I introduce the efficient classroom teaching model in Yaozhou middle school,and provide a teaching case,and investigate the application of efficient class model in physical exercise class.And then I investigate and analyz the application in the exercise class.The advantages and problems in the specific implementation process are found,and I give corresponding solutions.Through investigation and analysis,this paper finds that the application of efficient classroom teaching mode in physics exercise class has advantages that traditional classes do not have,and can fully reflect the requirements of the new curriculum reform.It also can mobilize students' learning enthusiasm,and cultivate students discipline core quality,it is beneficial to the growth of students.However,it is also found that this teaching mode cannot play its role to the maximum extent due to the reasons of students and teachers in the implementation process.Therefore,in the future teaching process,teachers should actively strengthen the group construction,reasonably play the role of teachers in the classroom,play the role of efficient classroom teaching model to promote the role,but not rigidly adhere to the form,efforts to achieve the diversification of classroom teaching model,to promote the overall development of students.
