Since the 1990s,China' s symphony orchestra has ushered in the peak period of sustained development.At the turn of the century,it was influenced by the concept of quality education,especially the reform of music curriculum in basic education.Many regions began to attach importance to and try to build a youth symphony orchestra,The Changsha Symphony Orchestra actively responded to the call of the state.The first Hunan Youth Symphony Orchestra established,whether from the perspective of policy level of the state' s vigorous development of art education,or from the national advocacy and integration of various social forces to participate in education,the Hunan Youth Symphony Orchestra is undoubtedly the product of the development of art education and the requirements of the times.It is an important measure to promote the development of quality education,implement talents cultivation and moral e ducat i on,and cul t i vat e the core literacy of students' music.It shows representative of music education research.The research object of this paper is the Hunan Youth Symphony Orchestra.It is not from the perspective of professional construction and orchestra construct ion.It is from the perspective of basic education,and from the perspective of quality education to study a youth symphony integrating professionalisem and quality.The phenomenon of the regiment and its existence,including its development,plays arole in social music education.It has not yet been tapped in the promotion of quality education for young people.It has the meaning of aesthetic education and the value worthy of reference and promotion.This paper is divided into fourchapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which explains the basic issues such as research and literature review.The second chapter is based on the theory of human comprehensive development and critical education,and combs the development history of the Chinese Youth Symphony Orchestra from the historical dimension,and constructs the academic foundation of this research.The third chapter analyzes the operation mechanism of the Hunan Youth Symphony Orchestra from the perspective of quality education from the internal composition of the orchestra,rehearsal and daily management,and the analysis of the performance of the performance.The last chapter is based on the perspective of quality education,and proposes the reflection and vision of the Hunan Youth Symphony Orchestra,with a view of inspiring the construction and development of other youth symphony orchestras in China.
