With the rapid development of social economy,the scale of labor mobility has been expanding.Based on labor mobility,this paper mainly studies two issues.One is the choice of cities in labor mobility.This paper studies the impact of ecological environment carrying capacity on the flow of labor force by using the micro data on recruitment website and the statistical data in China Urban Yearbook.The conditional Logit method is used here.The results show that the higher ecological environment carrying capacity of the inflow cities relative to the outflow cities has a significant positive effect on the inflow of labor force,but its impact is lower than the average wage level.To a certain extent,although the difference of ecological environment carrying capacity can disperse the pressure of population aggregation to a certain extent,it still can not change the phenomenon of labor flow to cities with higher average wage level.In addition,workers of different ages,educational levels,gender and marital status have different responses to the ecological environment carrying capacity in migration.Older people,less educated people,female workers and married people tend to flow into cities with higher ecological environment carrying capacity.The second is the influencing factors of labor mobility frequency,which mainly focuses on the impact of education level,education quality and specific human capital on the certain job.Based on macro-data,this paper makes a systematic and in-depth empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the number of labor employment flows.It provides a new analytical framework and perspective for understanding employment mobility in China's labor market.The empirical results show that the level of education has a significant role in promoting employment mobility.At the same time,the quality of education can improve the efficiency of job matching.The accumulation of general skills and professional skills increases the opportunity cost of job switching,which can significantly reduce the frequency of employment mobility.Studying the frequency and destination of labor mobility will help to provide reasonable solutions and measures for the free flow of elements in labor market and provide support for China's population development strategy.
