Research On Environmental Carrying Capacity Evaluation Of CZT City-Cluster

From the angle of the two-oriented society constriction, the thesis takes CZT City-Cluster (Changsha city, Zhuzhou city and Xiangtan city) as research objects to evaluation the environmental bearing capacity. During this process, a relatively scientific evaluation index system is set up, and the atmospheric environment, water environment, the sound environment system of the three considered together. The index system selects 10 representative environmental quality indexes as the evaluation indexes. Then makes a evaluation and in-depth analysis on the relative environmental capacity of CZT City-Cluster, combination of the environmental quality of the City-Cluster, the state environmental quality standards, as well as the environment quality of these good domestic urban during the EIA, according to the environment demands of two-oriented society, puts forward a new environmental quality standards to meet the two-oriented society construction innovatively. The main research contents are as follows.First of all, through the summary of the theories on environmental bearing capacity at domestic and abroad, the paper makes the definition and directions of its main research contents and goal. On this basis, systematic analysis on the contents of the environmental carrying capacity and quantitative methods of the evaluation is done preparing for the construction of theoretical evaluating.Secondly, an indicator system is constructed according to the principles of science, systemic, operability as well as comparability. Based on that, select appropriate theoretical method and evaluating method to evaluate the environmental bearing capacity.Third, the empirical analysis on Environmental bearing capacity of CZT City-Cluster is done. A simple analysis of the current environment situation of CZT City-Cluster is made first. Weightings of index system have been determined by variation coefficient method, then using efficacy coefficient method to evaluate the environmental carrying capacity of every index, various environmental systems as well as the region environment of CZT City-Cluster, and analyzing the empirical result.Furthermore, combined with the empirical result, in connection with the environmental quality standards and the environment quality of these good domestic urban during the EIA, analyzed the pollutant emission trends, the thesis puts forward a new environmental quality standard to agree with the construction of two-oriented society, the standard will provide a scientific theoretical guidance for construction of environment.Finally, according to the empirical result, some advice for the government was provided.
