| Education is a sufficient condition for individuals to realize their life value.Education is the main means of national human capital accumulation.Education is an important way of social mobility.Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has grown rapidly and education has made great progress. However, the imbalance of individual education has become increasingly prominent.Family environment has a great influence on students' education.Family cultural environment exerts influence on students' educational expectations from the perspective of educational process, supports children's education through family economic conditions, helps children obtain better educational resources with the help of family social status, and finally affects students' educational achievements. From the perspective of family, this paper examines the impact of family economy, culture and social capital on the educational stratification of the Post-70 s,80s and 90 s students since the reform and opening up.Most of the existing studies do not make a detailed division of educational stratification,so this paper divides the junior high school into vocational high school and general high school, and the senior high school into undergraduate college. This kind of division is meaningful, because different schools at different levels have different purposes and goals for training students, and different personal development plans for students.Through such a division,we can study the influence of family capital on children's educational stratification more carefully. With the help of Logit model, this paper uses the data of China's comprehensive social survey in 2015 to do empirical research. It is found that Chinese family economic、cultural and social capital have a significant impact on children's educational achievement. From the study of the influence and change of family capital on the educational achievements of the Post-70 s,80s and 90 s,it is found that since the Post-70 s,family capital has changed from failing to pass the significance test to having a significant positive impact on students' entrance to higher education at the level of 1%.It is found that family capital, whether economic、cultural or social capital, has a significant positive impact on students' entrance to higher education in different ages.It is found that from the Post-70 s to the post-90 s,the influence of family capital on students' choice of higher-level undergraduate education presents a "U" shaped smile curve. Moreover, for the post-90 s,the influence of family capital on their further education is significantly enhanced. For urban and rural areas, rural students' access to education has increased significantly in these three years, indicating that the difference between urban and rural education has been significantly improved. The paper also gives some suggestions on the current education policy, which needs to take into account the impact of family capital on education stratification. For example, the current quality-oriented education policy only focuses on students' art specialty by shortening their school hours or exams, which will make the family capital have a more prominent impact on children's education and further aggravate the educational stratification. Therefore, after considering the impact of family capital, education policy should pay more attention to how to improve the level of school teaching. |
