In the process of making progress towards a well-off society in an all-round way,socially disadvantaged groups are always a group of people around us that need more attention.Visually impaired groups receive less social attention than people with disabilities such as intellectual disabilities and physical disabilities,and visually impaired children in their growth and school age are more likely to fall into growth difficulties and have nowhere to seek help.The visually impaired children who first entered the school for the blind face multiple difficulties such as native family,school environment,and their own growth.It is difficult to rely on their own resources to obtain resources.The professional methods and skills of social work are very helpful to intervene in their growth difficulties.The article's observation focuses on the growth dilemma of visually impaired children of school age,using the Rosenberg scale,children's social anxiety mentality scale,etc.to assess the status of the client,and predict their growth dilemma and needs.In the process of case work,four stages are used to gradually advance the intervention process and consolidate the service effect,focusing on the irrational emotions and behaviors of the client,interpersonal communication,family dilemmas,selfactualization,etc.,and using the energization theory,Ecosystem theory and other relevant theoretical knowledge to provide services for the case owners.In the evaluation of service effects,a system evaluation is carried out using the overall goal achievement scale,multi-dimensional effect evaluation table,etc.Through the intervention and research on the growth dilemma of visually impaired children,we will further reflect on and summarize the theories,methods and social workers themselves,play the multi-dimensional role of ecosystem theory,base on the role of social worker guide,and combine professional theory with local experience,Innovate the working methods and models of intervention for children with visual impairment.Highlight the important role of casework in the service of disabled youth,and enrich the practical experience of social work for persons with disabilities.
