The purpose of this research is to know of the ability of using the IE for the visually impaired children .The study can be used to think the remedy plan to design the ability of the visually impaired students to use the IE and be used to talk about the ability of using IE different reason and reference basis of the diagnosis and trading for visually impaired students. It also can be used to refer to developing the teaching materials basis of the ability of using the IE for the visually impaired children, meanwhile, be used to take up improving the development method of the ability of using IE for visually impaired students.To achieve the purpose, this study apply several methods, such as literature research, actual inquiry research, individual indentification research ,statistical analytic research and comparative research. ON basis of related research of nation and abroad, the researcher investigates a group of 31 visually impaired students in liaoning about the ability of using the IE and make scale about 4-6 grade visually impaired students, and expression individually.This study appear:(1) adopt the independent sample T test to make the odd test for different sex students. GENERAL scale p=.280,so except the individual ability odd exsiting, the general difference is not outstanding.(2)Adopt excess element analysis to make the mean difference test for student family region. IN countryside family, the students get scores outstandingly lower than the student in city and outskirt in desprate and general scale.(3)Adopt element analysis to make mean difference test for different grade. THE output appear: four, five, six grade students scores don't have remarkable difference in general scale.(4)Adopt independent sample T test to make odd test for different disabled student. T=.284,blind and low visual students also don't have notable difference in general ability.(5)Training IE must consider these children' character, obey the principles of IE training, and connect with children' family or teachers all the time.Finally, the author point out the defect of this stud. the sample was not sufficient, and the executives time was not very long, and the scale was edited by myself.
