| In 2014,the State Council promulgated the implementation opinions of the State Council on deepening the reform of the examination and enrollment system(guo fa [2014] no.35),marking the beginning of a new round of reform of the national unified examination system for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities(the reform of new college entrance examination for short).The original division of liberal arts and sciences was canceled by the new college entrance examination,chosen the exam mode by combining the required subjects and optional objects,which means it will bring along the changes of senior high school teaching organization form and the meaning of the original form of class into meaningful now,make original single administrative class management to administrative class and parallel classes class management mode,teaching classes of liquidity to promote classroom management become the main part of management classes,becomes extremely important.This paper discusses the current situation,problems,causes and countermeasures of classroom management teaching classes of senior high school under the background of the new college entrance examination by means of literature and investigation,which has important theoretical value and practical significance.This research objects are 620 students and 20 teachers from teaching classes of four schools in Jinan,Yantai,Weifang,Shandong province,using the questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the new college entrance examination under the background of the present situation of the ordinary high school classroom management classes,and sorts through the data analysis,found the problem,find out the reason and put forward countermeasures.The study found that there are some problems in classroom management of ordinary high school classes,such as difficult to control classroom teaching,chaotic classroom order,weak classroom interpersonal relationship,and loose classroom organization structure.The causes of these problems mainly include subject teachers,schools and students.Specifically,the level of subject teachers includes weak awareness of classroom management,insufficient ability,low attention to students in classroom teaching and neglect of class collective construction.At the school level,the school relies too much on the traditional classroom management model of administrative class,lacks systematic training on the classroom management of teachers,pays little attention to the psychological changes of teachers and students in the class,and lacks matching resources for classroom management.The level of students includes uneven learning ability,late learning motivation,weak psychological adaptability and low sense of identity to the class.According to the survey results,this study proposes solutions from the three levels of subject teachers,schools and students.Subject teachers should correctly position the role of class managers,combine management and classroom teaching,fully understand the situation of class students and consciously strengthen the class collective construction.The school should establish a series of new classroom management system,carry out the systematic training of classroom management for teachers,perfect the psychological guidance system for teachers and students,optimize and integrate resources,etc.Students should treat their own learning differences correctly,choose courses actively and rationally,maintain a positive learning attitude and participate in class collective construction and activities. |
