| The shift system was introduced into the field of education in China in the 1980 s.After years of development,certain research results have been obtained.Primary and secondary schools are the first to contact and try to carry out the shift system teaching.Under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,senior high schools in Guangdong and other regions have also begun to implement shift teaching,which expands students’ learning choices to a certain extent.However,the difficulty coefficient of shift teaching based on the interpretation of the new college entrance examination policy is relatively higher,which needs targeted optimization from all levels.In the context of the new college entrance examination reform,many schools began to try to take the high school academic level test system as a new goal,strive to associate it with the college entrance examination policy,actively strive to improve the comprehensive quality evaluation content system and try to connect it with the college entrance examination by optimizing and adjusting the concepts and management methods involved in different types of examinations,It has certain theoretical and practical research value to maximize the teaching management level of class system in Senior High School under the background of the new college entrance examination reform and create a better learning and development environment for students.In the research,the paper combines case study method,literature review method,and questionnaire method to conduct analysis.Using the literature analysis method to discuss relevant concepts and theories,clarify the meaning of "shift based teaching" and "shift based teaching management",deeply interpret the new college entrance examination policy,deeply understand the essence of college entrance examination reform,and clarify the research direction and theoretical basis of the paper.Then,using questionnaire and interview methods,taking Class A and Class B of H Middle School as representatives,conduct survey data analysis.Using interviews and questionnaires,identify the problems and causes of the teaching management of the shift based teaching system in secondary schools,summarize and analyze them.Based on the analysis results,identify the shortcomings in the teaching management of the shift based teaching system,and find accurate methods to solve the problems.Method 1: Correctly interpret the college entrance examination.Secondary school teachers,leaders,and students need to effectively interpret the new college entrance examination to gain an indepth understanding of the characteristics of the new college entrance examination reform,effectively increase students’ self management,rationally use curriculum options,and effectively communicate with parents,thereby effectively improving communication efficiency.Method 2: Actively promote class based teaching in secondary schools.High schools need to effectively meet the overall principles of students based on their choice of subjects and the resources available to the school,thereby effectively promoting the teaching of the shift system in high schools;Through a sense of contribution to resources.Make effective contributions to resources between high schools,thereby effectively utilizing teachers.At the same time,the number of classrooms needs to be effectively improved based on the strength of the government and learning,in order to better assist in the effective implementation of the shift system in schools.This article proposes adjustment and optimization strategies from both theoretical and practical perspectives,providing useful references for the optimization of teaching management in the context of the new college entrance examination reform in senior high schools under the shift based teaching system. |
