Since the new curriculum reform in 2008,in order to promote the all-round development of students,and promote the realization of quality education,high schools throughout the country generally for some non college entrance examination subjects "shift class" teaching.In 2015,the college entrance examination reform was first implemented in Shanghai and Zhejiang.The main contents of the reform include: 1.,the reform of the liberal arts and science division mode,the use of college entrance examination subjects "language number outside +6 selected 3" mode.2.English subjects two test opportunities.From this,the development direction of "class shift" mode in senior high school has changed greatly.The high school shift system in the college entrance examination reform area(Shanghai,Zhejiang)has experienced three years and a complete teaching cycle from September 2014 to June 2017,and its advantages and disadvantages have begun to appear.The high schools in non pilot areas are actively preparing and exploring in response to the reform of college entrance examination which is going to be pushed forward in 2018.This study will investigate the organization of high school classes in pilot and non pilot cities.First of all,in the pilot area,select Shanghai A,B two high school as the object of study,explore its reform in the context of college entrance examination,take classes of the specific operation mode,advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,in the non pilot areas,select the W high school in Henan Province as the object of study,explore its preparation and exploration before the college entrance examination reform in 2018.Then,comparing the two,from the Shanghai city high school experience of W high school in Henan province put forward some suggestions to help the smooth realization of the background of the reform of college entrance examination in September 2018 down shift shift.Finally,the high school of Henan province W proposed by extension,from a more macro perspective on the reform of college entrance examination in non pilot areas to implement the class system put forward practical strategies and recommendations.The main research contents include the concrete practice of Shanghai sample school in the implementation of the college entrance examination reform and the implementation of the shift system.Including the selection of subjects to determine the class organization form,curriculum arrangement,student management mode,teaching resources integration etc..And the exploration and efforts of Henan sample school in the preparatory stage of college entrance examination reform.Mainly from the English class,classes,interest courses,free classes,pre-university courses,grades,classes and tutorial system and other aspects of the attempt.The research methods include literature research,questionnaire survey and interview survey.Based on the class management of senior high school before and after a lot of literature carefully combing the reform of college entrance examination,analysis of class management,especially the management of the class walking class system,the existing achievements and shortcomings,and then go to new period summarizes the class management mode shifts to the continuation of the practice and need to be adjusted,so as to further put forward suggestions.A total of 600 questionnaires were sent out,among which 200 were from two middle schools in Shanghai,200 from a high school in Henan,and 589 were recovered,among which 563 were valid questionnaires.The questionnaire content includes: the selection of "walking class" in Shanghai senior high school(Teacher Questionnaire)and the feedback of Shanghai English hierarchical walking class(student questionnaire).Interviews were conducted with a number of front-line teachers from two schools in Shanghai and students in different grades in senior high school.In W high school in Henan,interviewed the school principal,vice president,Dean,class teacher,teachers and students in the face.Interview outline includes W of Henan province high school elective classes to go to survey(teacher interview outline),W of Henan province high school elective "class" student questionnaire and Shanghai teacher / student personal interview questions outline three part.Through the investigation,the author of the W high school in Henan province is put forward: take the class before opening the information channels,introducing the selection of test run,using electronic elective system;class in the process of "administrative class + class" class model,"executive class Deputy headteacher + teaching class tutor system","administrative class committee + class committee level system and administrative class English class AB dynamic adjustment and reform of student evaluation mode,parents will be held in diversified ways,the introduction of modern information technology and management means,strengthen the tutor attention total eleven proposals.For the non pilot areas in the implementation of the reform of college entrance examination class system,summed up: to construct scientific class mechanism,promote economic development and improve the teaching resources,improve teaching quality,to establish a new class moral education pattern,countermeasures and methods of strengthening the construction of school culture and optimization of facilities and the introduction of relevant policies.The conclusions include not only the targeted suggestions for W senior high school in Henan,but also the general applicable strategies,and the operability is relatively high.It comes from the teaching practice and serves the teaching practice,which has certain significance for the study of the shift system under the background of college entrance examination reform in the future.
