The cultivation of engineering science and technology talents,especially high-level engineering and scientific talents,has always occupied an important position in China's talent strategy.The 19 th Party Congress,Manufacturing Power Strategy,the rapid update of technology,and the international competition situation all demand for high-quality engineering and scientific talents.Whether it is industrial upgrading or technological innovation,talent is the first guarantee.In recent years,a large number of university-industry cooperation has emerged,playing an increasingly important role in the development of China's science and technology and the cultivation of talents.The cooperation between the school and the enterprise can play a complementary role,in line with the interests of both parties,and is conducive to the distribution and utilization of resources throughout the society.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influence of university-industry cooperation on the training effect of engineering science and technology talents.Based on this background,this paper takes the high-tech enterprises of Shandong School-enterprise Cooperation Project as the research object,and discusses the influencing factors of university-industry Cooperation Investment,university-industry Cooperation Output and Environmental Support,respectively.Taking the Subject Behavior as the mediator variable and the Cooperation Mode as the moderator variable,the influence of school-enterprise cooperation on the training effect of engineering science and technology talents is explored.Through literature analysis and theoretical analysis,a theoretical model of the effect of university-industry cooperation on engineering science and technology talents training is constructed.The reliability of the scale data was verified by reliability analysis,validity analysis and factor analysis.The regression analysis was used to test the influence of university-industry cooperation on the training effect of engineering science and technology talents.The stratified regression method was used to test the moderator effect of cooperation mode,Bootstraping verified the mediating effect of subject behavior.The research results show that university-industry cooperation has a positive impact on the Training Effect of engineering science and technology talents: the Cooperation Input between schools and enterprises positively affects the effect of talent training;the university-industry cooperation Environment Support positively affects the effect of talent training;Cooperative Output has a positive impact on the effect of Talent Cultivation;the Subject Behavior plays a significant intermediary role in the cooperation between university and industry,Cooperative Output,Environmental Support and Talent Cultivation Effect.The Cooperation Mode has significantly positively adjusted the relationship between university-industry cooperation and Environment Support and Talent Cultivation.The Cooperation Model has a positive moderator effect on the relationship between school-enterprise cooperation environment support and subject behavior.The Cooperation Mode has no significant moderator effect on the cooperation between school and enterprise,and the relationship between Cooperative Output and Training Cultivation.The Cooperation Mode has no significant moderator effect on the relationship between university-industry cooperation and Cooperation Output and Subject Behavior.Combining the results of theoretical research and empirical analysis,this paper proposes an optimization policy for the cooperation between schools and enterprises to enhance the training effect of engineering science and technology talents: to form a stable strategic alliance of university-industry cooperation with enterprises as the center;at the government level,to form a guarantee mechanism with policies and regulations as the core support.
