The middle school period is an important stage of physical and psychological maturity in one's life.In this crucial period of life,many middle school students are often troubled by interpersonal relationships,such as poor interpersonal adaptability,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility,personality paranoia.There are many reasons affect middle school students' interpersonal adaptation,on the basis of predecessors' research,aiming at the shortcomings of the previous research,and absorb domestic and foreign research results,this study attempts to starting from the internal cause of investigation affect interpersonal adaptability,hope that through study middle school students'agreeableness,emotion regulation self-efficacy and interpersonal adaptation of the status quo,characteristics,the relationship between and agreeableness and emotional self-efficacy of middle school students' interpersonal adaptation prediction effect,find the rule of influence of middle school students' interpersonal adaptation to solve the problems existing in the middle school students'interpersonal adaptation,make proposals for education.From xianyang in shaanxi in order to verify the hypothesis,wu gong county south benevolence school random questionnaire survey was conducted among 500 students,using a questionnaire survey,to big five personality scale,emotion regulation self-efficacy scale,interpersonal adaptation scale as a research tool,accumulative total to issue 500 questionnaires,recycling effective questionnaire 471,effective rate was 94.2%,the ratio is more balanced.The results are as follows:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between agreeableness,emotional regulation self-efficacy,and interpersonal adaptation.(2)in terms of gender factors,there are significant differences between men and women in the two dimensions of agreeableness,expression of positive emotions and interpersonal adjustment scale,and female students are significantly higher than male students.(3)grade factors are significant in the dimensions of agreeableness,positive expression,negative management and prosocial.(4)emotional regulation of self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between agreeableness and interpersonal adaptation.(5)emotional regulation self-efficacy partially mediates interpersonal alienation between agreeableness and interpersonal adaptation.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)the ability of junior middle school girls to express positive emotions and prosocial behavior is significantly higher than that of boys.(2)the personality traits of junior high school students have a certain influence on their interpersonal adaptation.After adding the two dimensions of emotion regulation self-efficacy as intermediary variables,the influence on interpersonal adaptation is stronger.(3)emotion regulation self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between agreeable personality traits and pro-society;Emotional regulation of self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between agreeable personality traits and interpersonal alienation.
