Students' classroom problem behavior has always been a big problem that puzzled teachers.First of all,students have a variety of classroom problem behaviors,such as making small movements,leaving the seat without permission,speaking at will,timidly shrinking,and so on.Secondly,students' classroom problem behaviors occur frequently.Students lack the binding force on self-behavior and cannot manage their own behavior in the classroom,so classroom problem behavior is more common.However,there are problems with the teacher's intervention methods for students' classroom problem behaviors.Most of them are language criticism and order punishment.As a result,the original classroom problem behaviors have not been effectively intervened.Instead,they have caused students' rebellious behaviors,and the teacher-student relationship has been affected.There are not many studies on the internal reasons for students' classroom problem behaviors,and it also affects the effect of teachers' intervention on pupils' classroom problem behaviors.Therefore,the study of classroom problem behavior intervention for elementary students based on cause analysis is beneficial to provide reference for frontline teachers and help teachers improve their ability to intervene in the classroom problem behavior based on reasons.Based on this,this research mainly uses the literature method,observation method,interview method,and case method.Firstly,the literature is consulted,and it is found that dreikurs' theory finds out the internal reasons for the emergence of students' classroom problem behaviors,and provides a theoretical basis for the research of teachers' intervention in students' classroom problem behaviors.Secondly,based on observations and interviews with students and teachers,analyze the characteristics of students 'classroom problem behaviors,and discuss the reasons for students' classroom problem behaviors based on dreikurs' theory.Then,combined with dreikurs' theory and behavior modification theory,the operation link of teachers 'intervention in students' classroom problem behaviors is proposed,and four representative students are selected as the research objects,and experiments are conducted according to the operation link to test the effectiveness.The study found that firstly,the characteristics of students 'classroom problem behaviors are divided into introversion and extroversion.Dreikurs' theory points out that the reasons for students' classroom problem behaviors: seeking attention,seeking tasks,seeking understanding,and seeking encouragement.Secondly,because the dreikurs' theory highlights the internal causes of students' classroom problem behaviors,and behavior modification theory emphasizes external stimuli to strengthen expected behaviors,the connotation of classroom problem behavior interventions for elementary students based on cause analysis is based on the internal causes of students' classroom problem behaviors.Ultimately strengthen external expected behavior;the behavioral intervention of elementary school students' classroom problem-based behavior analysis is comprehensive,consultative and continuous.Thirdly,combining the dreikurs' theory and behavioral modification theory,the operation link of teachers 'intervention in students' classroom problem behaviors is proposed,including analysis and judgment reasons,communication of expected behaviors,intervention based on reasons,implementation of reinforcement of rewards,and timely adjustment of plan.Then,combining four cases to conduct experiments on teachers' intervention in students' classroom behaviors,it was found that the classroom problem behaviors of all four students were significantly reduced,the effect of implementing reward and punishment programs was more obvious,the relationship between teachers and students was harmonious,and students' sense of responsibility was enhanced.Finally,according to the implementation process and the reasons for students' classroom problem behaviors,put forward targeted strategies,including reasonable allocation of attention strategies,giving students choice strategies,suspending disputes and patient conversation strategies,and continuing praise and encouragement strategies.The above discussion of teachers' intervention in students' classroom problem behaviors hopes to provide teachers with reference and help teachers improve their ability to intervene in students' classroom problem behaviors.Teachers can promote harmonious teacher-student relationship,enhance students' sense of responsibility,improve classroom efficiency,and form a good class order when intervening in students' classroom problem behaviors.
