| The classroom is a place for students to learn and communicate.It is a place where teachers and students interact and interact with each other.In the context of the new curriculum reform,classroom management objectives require dialogue from controlling the classroom to activating the classroom,reflecting the true life of the teacher,and giving students more humanistic care in the classroom.The key to classroom management is the management of classroom problem behaviors.Classroom problem behaviors have always been a problem that plagues educators.Classroom behaviors will affect classroom order,which will affect classroom teaching and will also affect students' physical and mental health.An important part of effective management of classroom problem behavior is to understand the reasons behind the generation of classroom problem behavior,scientific analysis of reasons and explore effective ways to correct classroom problem behavior,so as to better manage classroom problem behavior.Therefore,this study attempts to correct behaviors of students' classroom problems with behavioral contracts,and explore how the behavioral contracts can solve different classroom problem behaviors and how the behavioral contracts need to be improved in classroom behavior management.There are many reasons for students' behavior in class.This study screens out classroom problem behaviors through classroom observation,through questionnaires,teacher-student interviews,to understand the current situation of sample class classroom problem behaviors and teachers' treatment of these classroom problem behaviors and their effects;to understand students' age characteristics,gender differences and personality differences Exploring the impact of teachers,families,and the environment on student behavior in the classroom.On this basis,we try to correct the behavior of students' classroom problems by means of behavioral contract,improve and perfect the behavior contract in the process of contract implementation,and finally evaluate the effect of behavior contract to correct students' classroom problem behavior and draw conclusions:1.The behavioral contract is applicable to solving frequent classroom problem behaviors.2.When the behavior contract corrects the behavior of the extroverted classroom problem,the correction effect is obvious during the contract implementation period,butsome students' classroom problem behavior will rebound to different degrees after the contract implementation period.In the correction of introverted classroom problem behavior,the early correction effect is not obvious,but once the problem behavior is corrected,the maintenance time is longer.3.Behavioral contracts can not only correct negative and neutral classroom behavior,but also strengthen and enhance positive classroom behavior.4.When selecting the target behavior,we must fully consider the current development level and ability of the students.The target behavior set is neither too simple nor beyond the capabilities of the student.5.The execution time of the contract should be reasonable.The implementation time should consider the age characteristics of the students and the difficulty of the target behavior. |
