The new era calls for a comprehensive deepening of the construction of teachers.In 2018,the "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform and Construction of Teachers in the New Era" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council put forward the goal: to train millions of backbone teachers,hundreds of thousands of outstanding teachers,tens of thousands Educator.Studies have shown that research on the professional development of outstanding teachers can help young teachers to quickly identify personal development goals and paths,and can motivate teachers to achieve professional development better and faster.Through literature review,it is found that the research on the professional development of special-honor teachers in physics subject needs to be explored.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out research on the professional development of physics teachers.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the distribution characteristics of and the law of professional development,including growth stage and influencing factors,by conducting interview investigation and research on the eighth batch to the tenth batch of special-honor teachers in physics of Hunan Province.In the research method,from the quantitative and qualitative perspectives,the case studymethod and rooting theory are used,supplemented by Excel,SPSS and MAXQDA software to analyze the group distribution characteristics and growth law of special-honor teachers in physics.In the research idea,first of all,the research results at home and abroad are reviewed,according to the research problems,planning the research thinking framework,preparing database and the preparation of interview outline,and then the implementation of research plans.On the one hand,by telephone and network and other means to establish two database of special-honor teachers in physics,and use Excel and SPSS software to carry out statistical and differential analysis of the database,to understand the group distribution and characteristics of special-honor teachers in physics,and combined with the selection criteria of special-honor teachers analysis and explanation.On the other hand,On the other hand,according to the outline of the interview,the author conducted in-depth interviews with six special-honor teachers in physics of Hunan Province,and used the grounded theory and MAXQDA software to code,classify and conceptualize the interview materials,and explored the development stage and influencing factors of the special-honor teachers.Finally,according to the conclusion of the research,combined with the current situation of normal students training and the professional standards of middle school teachers,this paper puts forward the enlightenment to the training of normal students and the suggestions of the professionaldevelopment of young teachers.Key findings of this study include:The first part: the group distribution characteristics of special-honor teachers in physics of Hunan ProvinceAccording to the statistics of the eighth batch of Hunan Province-the tenth batch of basic information of special-honor teachers in physics,the use of chart form to show the special physics teachers batch distribution,regional distribution,school distribution,gender distribution,stage distribution,different batches,different categories and different levels of education growth cycle distribution and the distribution of the number of papers and cycles,as a basis,It is found that the group distribution characteristics of special-honor teachers in physics are:special-honor teachers in physics grow hard and long road,special-honor teachers in physics of various regions have a more equitable opportunity to rate the special level,physics teachers in high school are more likely to rate the special level,the physics teachers based on the teaching line have the most and the growth cycle is shortest,special-honor teachers in physics have rich scientific research output and a strong sense of lifelong learning.Part ?: The Law of Professional Development of special-honor teachers in physics1.Comparing and analyzing the professional development of 6special-honor teachers,the stage of development of special-honor teachers in physics is divided into: learning integration stage,development characteristic stage,mature consolidation stage and beyond renewal stage,and from teaching age,educational concern,professional behavior,central task and development signs to describe each stage,forming professional table development stage of special-honor teachers in physics.At the same time,it summarizes the main directions of the professional development of special-honor teachers in physics: teaching type,scientific research type,competition type,and theoretical discussion of the basic relationship between the three.2.According to the qualitative material analysis,the factors affecting the special-honor teachers in physics are classified and analyzed according to the internal and external standards.In terms of external factors: the discovery of multi-level stage is the necessary soil for teachers' professional growth,teachers' commitment will affect the height and growth rate of teachers' professional starting point,the same good schools will affect the height of teachers' professional growth,from the internal factors: finding that not forgetting the first heart is the fundamental driving force of teachers' professional development,self-denial is the continuing driving force of teachers' professional development.Lifelong learning is an essential idea and behavior for teachers' professional development.Part ?: Enlightenment and suggestions for the training of normal students and the professional development of young teachers1.According to the results of the research and the current situation of normal students training,put forward the following enlightenment:First,pay attention to the needs of normal graduates,solidly cultivate the professional knowledge of the connection with middle school,we should add the physical college entrance examination topic research and the middle school physical knowledge system research curriculum and establish an effective environment,so that normal students learn and practice the classroom and student management knowledge;Combining the theory of professional development stage of special teachers to develop effective career planning courses,and thirdly,create a platform to train the reflection and scientific research ability of normal students.2.Combining the professional standards and research results of secondary school teachers,the following suggestions are put forward for the professional development of young teachers: First,the formulation of planning: combining the professional standards of secondary school teachers with the theory of professional development stage;To promote the professional development of teachers,and fourthly,pay attention to the "three elements" of teachers' professional development: not forgetting their first thoughts,self-denial and lifelong learning.
