The professional maturity of primary school teachers not only affects the development of teachers' education and teaching activities,but also has an important impact on the development of primary school students.With the further development of education reform,the problem of the maturity of primary school teachers is more and more worthy of attention and research.At present,the research content of teachers' professional maturity is not comprehensive,focusing on theoretical research on concepts,components,meanings,etc.,lacking empirical research such as stage and status quo;on the research object,comparing career choices and employment guidance for normal students More,there is a lack of research on the professional maturity of primary school teachers.What are the professional maturity of primary school teachers,how is the development status,and what are the rules and characteristics based on the teacher's career cycle,which are worthy of further discussion.Based on the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and analyzes the shortcomings of the existing teacher's professional maturity model.According to the concept of the theoretical model,the "Professional Maturity Questionnaire for Primary School Teachers" was compiled and the preliminary survey was conducted.This measurement tool selects 300 primary school teachers as the research object,describes the overall maturity of primary school teachers and the development status of each dimension.Through interviews,understand the causes,find out the inadequacy of teachers' professional maturity,and then put forward targeted suggestions to promote teachers' professional maturity.Through the combing of the research results,the author untake the real degree of teacher occupation mature of primary school in Kunming.And explore the effective to promote the teacher's occupation mature.The self-edited "Primary School Teacher Professional Maturity Questionnaire" is a measurement tool for the professional maturity of primary school teachers.It can not only carry out differentstimulate-control method,but also help the teacher to programme self's teaching career.The results of this study are as follows:1.The structure of teacher professional maturity consists of multiple components,including professional attitude and professional ability.The professional attitude includes three aspects,namely,certainty,external orientation and internal orientation.Professional ability is divided into teaching self-efficacy and personal self-efficacy.2.The Primary School Teacher Professional Maturity Questionnaire compiled by the Institute is a measurement tool with good reliability and validity.3.The level of professional maturity attitude elements of primary school teachers in Kunming is not very high,followed by independence <external orientation<intrinsic orientation.4.The teachers' age have a difference for it in Kunming.The result shows intrinsic orientation of teachers over 35 years old is significantly lower than that of younger teachers,and the certainty is significantly higher than that of younger teachers.5.There are significant gender differences in the three dimensions of the orientation,independence and external orientation of the professional maturity attitudes of primary school teachers in Kunming.It is mainly reflected in the independence and external orientation of male teachers and female teachers.6.Among the primary school teachers in Kunming,there is no significant difference in the attitudes and ability factors of professional maturity between teachers who graduated from normal colleges and non-teaching colleges.7.There is a significant difference in the teaching maturity of primary school teachers in Kunming City,which is mainly reflected in the most intrinsic orientation of teachers aged 6-10 years.The scores of teachers professional maturity ability are the highest in 16 years.8.There is no significant difference in the professional maturity of primary school teachers in Kunming with different academic qualifications.9.There is a significant difference in the professional maturity of primary school teachers in Kunming.The higher the position of teachers,the higher the level ofprofessional maturity.In the teaching department,the primary school Chinese teachers have the highest professional maturity.10.Personal teaching efficacy and promotion of job promotion(being as a class teacher or a middle-level cadre at school)are the main factors affecting the professional maturity of primary school teachers in Kunming.
