Poverty is a major social problem In the process of human survival and development.Children are the main social and family dependent population.So children become the most direct victims of poor families.As this solution,poor children are always the focus of academic study of education,sociology and psychology profession.But the contents of these subjects to study is based on macro.For exampie,analysising the current situation and problems,explaining the reasons and formulating aid policy.Which is lack of specific micro-level intervention means and measures.Studies show that childhood is the initial stage of individual socialization.The success of socialization is directly related to the future development of the child's entire life course.Many factors that influence children's early socialization,but peer interaction is considered to be one of the most important factor,but because of poor children are lack of inherent self-confidence and explicit self-esteem.So peer interaction is facing of some difficulties.Therefore,in this study,poor children as research subjects.Peer interaction as a major obstacle to research,investigate the microscopic perspective,the use of professional social work methods to solve the problem of poor children peer interaction disorders,has studied the feasibility and necessity.In this study,the research sited in Nanjing Q school,the stduy selected 20 poor children as research subjects,using questionnaires,collecting information and observating semi-structured interviews.Poor children peer interaction for specific performance of the three disorders that do not want to intercourse,have no ability to intercourse,and not afraid to contacts.Use professional methods of social work to provide micro-intervention services.First,in the perspective of supporting the superiority theory and systems theory,the analysis of current situation of poor children peer interaction,the performance and the reasons for peer interaction disorders.Secondly,under the guidance of psychological and social treatment modalities designed casework service plan,the use of direct treatment techniques to improve their case the main system,the use of indirect techniques to improve the treatment of the case main environmental systems.Then,based on the development of the model,the design team work plan to group activities as the carrier,to help members to vent negative emotions,learning skills,peer interaction,enhance peer interaction skills.Two methods complement each other,work together to promote the case main change.Finally,explore the two social work methods in addressing poverty on children's peer interaction barrier effectiveness and shortcomings.Through the process of social work methods and the practical effects of the intervention study,this study suggests that peer interaction barriers to poor children has been improved.Use of social work methods to solve poor children peer interaction disorders,not only to help poor children in the process of peer interaction to solve emotional problems,improve peer interaction skills of poor children,poor children to promote the establishment of good peer relationships,the successful completion of early socialization.And to break the previous macro perspective on the study of poor children,From the micro-level,put forward specific policies and measures to tackle child poverty barriers peer interaction,with new ideas and methods to solve the problem,enriches the research in this field.
