Research On Intervention Of Group Work To Improve Interpersonal Communication Ability Of Landless Old People In Poverty Alleviation And Relocation

With the goal of poverty alleviation in 2020 put forward,it is imperative to solve the problem of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas.Aiming at the realistic predicament of "one side can't support one side by water and soil",this paper puts forward the policy of poverty alleviation and relocation on the way of poverty alleviation.However,in the process of implementing the relocation policy,great changes have taken place in the ideology and lifestyle of the relocated objects,especially in the elderly groups with poor acceptance and adaptability.The psychological and physiological changes caused by land loss have greatly affected the normal life of the elderly,especially the elderly with weak interpersonal communication ability.If this problem can not be paid attention to and solved,it is easy to do so.The implementation of the poverty alleviation and relocation policy also lost its significance,and there must be a crisis for social harmony and sustainable development.On this issue,through the value concept of "helping others to help themselves" in social work and the professional theory,method and skill foundation,we can help the service object to solve the interpersonal communication problem to a certain extent,and at the same time enhance the independence and autonomy of the service object.Therefore,starting from the social work method and taking the interpersonal relationship as the breakthrough point,we can rebuild the complete interpersonal network for the elderly,and gradually find the sense of belonging of the community to adapt to the new life.Taking l resettlement site in Yunnan Province as the research site,the author visited the relocation site in the early stage,interviewed 20 elderly people to understand their problems and needs in interpersonal communication,and intervened in the interpersonal relationship problems faced by the lost land elderly in the community with the method of group work,based on the activity theory,advantage perspective theory and group dynamics theory,according to the impact Six group activities were designed and implemented in terms of self-awareness,emotional management,communication and expression,and collaboration of interpersonal skills.According to the previous research,it was found that the elderly in this area have the needs of emotional guidance,pressure release,interpersonal skills enhancement,new life style search,cooperation and cooperation enhancement,and mutual help and mutual assistance awareness.Based on this,they are committed to expanding social interaction of the elderly Fields,enrich spiritual and cultural life,find new ways of life,change the old concepts,tap the advantages of the elderly resources,so that members can get mutual support in life and spirit.Through two months of interpersonal communication ability to improve group activities,the above goals are basically achieved.In the group activities,using the experimental control method,according to the designed scale of interpersonal communication ability to measure the service objects before and after group activities,compare the changes of interpersonal communication ability of the experimental group objects,evaluate and summarize,and draw conclusions.Finally,it helps to rebuild a good community interpersonal system and form a new community support network,so as to ensure the quality of relocation.
