An Experimental Study On The Improvement Of Interpersonal Communication Ability Of The Oldest Persons In The Group

With the arrival of the aging society and the expropriation of rural land,the issue of elderly that lost their land receives social concern.Rural elderly,especially the original residence of the elderly,when their land was collected,they are easy to be self closing and not willing to communicate with people,because their ability to adapt to society is weak. Those problems are not only bad for enjoying their old day,but also increase the burden of children and social endowment cost.What’s the urgent tasks is how to help them overcome the obstacles of communication and enhance their interpersonal skills effectively and scientifically.Through investigate and analyze, we selected 20 landless old men in Tianyu,Ji an who are short of interpersonal ability as the research object.Using the method of experimental study, the 20 old men were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Took action for the experimental group 8 times in 2months, and did nothing for the control group.By a series of comparison, we come to the main conclusions as follows:First,the Group Work Service in improving the original residence of the elderly people’s interpersonal skills have a significant effect;Second,the active communication ability and self disclosure ability of the original land lost elderly have been greatly improved;Third.the application of the Group Work Service concept and values, is conducive to the former residence of the elderly to enhance the interpersonal skills of the elderly.Fourth.Group Work Service is conducive to the former residence of the elderly to adapt to the life after losing land.
