As the top priority of rural poverty alleviation and development and ecological environment construction,the ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation policy is to relocate the rural poor in areas with harsh environments and fundamentally improve their living and development environment.However,during the implementation of this policy,the relocation objects have undergone tremendous changes in their lifestyles and ideological concepts.The social relations of the elderly,especially the relationship between neighbors,have been greatly challenged,which affects the normal life of the relocated elderly.If this problem is not taken seriously and resolved,it will inevitably have an impact on social harmony and sustainable development.Regarding this issue,this research uses social work methods and takes the relocation of poverty alleviation and relocation of the elderly as the starting point to establish social interaction for the elderly,which is conducive to the improvement of neighboring relations.This research aims at the problems that arise in the neighborhood relationship of the elderly in relocation for poverty alleviation and relocation,and adapts to the living environment of the community;raises awareness among neighbors;enhances communication and interaction between neighbors;enhances the familiarity between neighbors;enhances the sense of belonging,security and community in the community Happiness and other needs are estimated,and the goal of group work to improve neighbor relations is determined: promote interaction between the elderly and neighbors,increase the frequency and enthusiasm of communication between the elderly and neighbors,expand the social support network of the elderly among neighbors,and ensure the elderly The benign interaction between our neighbors.On this basis,an interactive group for the elderly in relocation for poverty alleviation and relocation was established.Guided by the theory of social interaction and population migration,an eight-section group work activity was designed specifically for the elderly to improve neighborhood relations.In the end,it is hoped that the ability to communicate with the neighbors of the elderly who have been relocated for poverty alleviation and relocation will be improved,which will lay a solid foundation for the elderly who have been relocated for poverty alleviation and relocation to integrate into the life of the immigrant community better and faster.After the group activity was over,the author evaluated the group activity participation,satisfaction,group member changes and social worker self-evaluation,and achieved the goal set by the group activity,and to a certain extent met the need to improve neighborhood relations.Finally,the author summarized and reflected on the group activities,so as to better serve the relocated elderly groups in the future.
