This thesis discusses the classroom teaching of music from the perspective of modern multimedia technology.As an essential part of all-round education,music education is of vital importance to each and every student.It can not only help students in puberty to build a good taste in music,but also comfort those who are under great pressure of school works.Besides,reform in music education should catch up with the tide of education reform across the nation,which is reflected in Fulltime System Compulsory Education Music Course Standard(2011 edition).Teachers ought to make the class student-oriented and focus on students' feelings and experience in order to inspire students and encourage them to be more creative in the process of music teaching.With the rapid development of big data,modern teaching technologies have been gradually put in to use.Unlike traditional one-way teaching methods,these lively and multiform technologies can create an excellent atmosphere for both teachers and students without doubt.This change represents a huge breakthrough in cultivating students' comprehensive learning ability.Among these technologies,multimedia technology,the most typical modern teaching method in the practice of classroom instruction,help a lot in building a massive platform for art education.Therefore,schools should attach greater importance to the use of this technology which can definitely inspire students to appreciate music on their own initiative.Since effective teaching methods benefit both teachers and students,they deserve our greater attention.Besides,the use of multimedia in classroom teaching is indeed revolutionary.With the aid of multimedia technology,teachers can easily create real-life scenarios to arouse students' enthusiasm.This surely broadens students' horizons on top of helping teachers to achieve teaching goals.This thesis is themed by the use of modern multimedia technology in music classroom instruction and is divided into six parts.In the first part,the author did an analysis on the background of modern multimedia technology and its use in classroom teaching around the world in order to clarify the implications of the research;in the second part,the author introduced some concepts of modern multimedia technology and its great importance to both teachers and students in the process of music classroom teaching;in the third part,taking Chongqing No.29 middle school as an example,the author surveyed and analyzed the current situation of the use of modern multimedia technology in music classroom teaching;in the fourth part,the author put forward some feasible solutions to improve the use of modern multimedia technology in music classroom instruction from the perspectives of the school,teachers and class types,respectively;in the fifth part,the author testified these solutions by putting them into use in real teaching cases types and comparing them with traditional classroom teaching;in the last part,the author come to the conclusion that adopting multimedia technology can better keep students concentrate and active in classroom.Hopefully,this research can help promoting the use of modern multimedia technology in classroom teaching and cultivating the students' excellent aesthetic,since the combination of professional knowledge and the unique charm of music is proved to be effective in inspiring students to appreciate good music.In this way,satisfying results in music teaching can be achieved.
