This paper introduces the basic concepts, composition, functions, characteristics andeffects of teaching quality evaluation model of music teaching in middle school. The newevaluation models of teaching evaluation and multimedia technology courseware are builtbased on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which are used in teaching middle school musicclass. This paper also describes the feasibility and necessity of the use of model in teachingevaluation at middle school music class, and discusses the advantage and significance.The thesis mainly consists of the following parts:Introduction: This part states the objective and significance of teaching evaluation modelof music teaching in middle school.Part One: This part states the present research situation, research contents and process.Part Two: This part states the method of AHP, and the decision of development ofevaluation models based AHP is made.Part Three: This part develops the system of evaluation. The comparison matrixs arebuilt by expert investigations. Using Matlab software, weights analysis results of evaluationindex of model and test of consistent are obtained.Part Four: The application of evaluation models in music appreciation and multimediatechnology courseware are carried out. The results are discussed then.Part Five: This part states the conclusions of the research.
