As an important part of China's education evaluation,National College Entrance Examination(NEMT)has always carried great attention,not only because of its function of educating people,but also because it is able to perform social functions by selecting talents and then allocating resources.NEMT are based on the examination of students 'thinking,and reflect the candidates' key abilities and subject qualities.The "General Senior High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" proposes that the high school biology curriculum aims to improve the core literacy of students in Biology,including four aspects:life concept,rational thinking,scientific inquiry ability and social responsibility.The model microorganism fundamental task of the Biology course is also the four dimensions that need to be examined in NEMT questions.In the exam,setting the situation with model microbes,investigating the core literacy of students is more common,and further illustrates the importance of for the cultivation of biological core literacy of middle school students.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and study NEMT questions that make propositions of model microorganisms as contexts,and to explore how to use model microorganisms to cultivate middle school students' biological core literacy.This thesis analyzes 28 sets of biological examination questions for NEMT from 2016 to2019,including national,Jiangsu,Beijing,Tianjin,and Hainan examinations.Using literature analysis,statistical analysis of data,text research and other research methods to study the model microbes questions in the examination: collect test questions in which three model microbes of phage,Escherichia coli,yeast are set as objects,and analyze model microbes test questions characteristics,including its title number,score ratio,investigation content,and main question types;from the perspective of core literacy,explore the rules of propositions of model microbes questions,and then summarize model microbes and life concepts,rational thinking,scientific inquiry,society responsibility;Based on the connection between model microorganism and core literacy,around model microorganism,a strategy of permeationcultivation of core Literacy was put forward.Through research,the conclusions are as follows:(1)In the 2016-2019 NEMT questions,the examination questions based on the model microbiology setting situation appeared relatively stable in each year,but there were differences in the distribution of different test paper types,and the examination content was centralized.It is an important high school knowledge point related to it,and most of the test questions appear in the form of experiments.(2)Model microorganisms are closely related to core literacy.Model microorganisms are a simple way to understand biodiversity and unity,and they serve as a good template for the establishment of structure,function,and evolution concepts,and communicate model microorganisms and concepts of life.The general regularity of model organisms makes students based on Induction and generalization of biological facts and evidence,deduction and reasoning become possible,and the communication between model microorganisms and rational thinking;model microorganisms are experimental materials in the process of scientific research and are inseparable from the investigation of scientific inquiry capabilities;model microorganisms promote the progress of life sciences Solving biological problems has the attributes of social responsibility.According to the close relationship between model microorganisms and core literacy,the knowledge cases of basic physiology and biochemistry,basic experimental applications,and scientific frontiers are summarized around model microorganisms,as a new vision of using model microorganisms to infiltrate the core literacy of middle school students.
