Under the background of the construction and reform of teachers' team in the new era,the new head teacher of primary school is an important part of the teachers' team and an important force to implement quality education.The new head teacher not only shoulders the sacred mission of education,but also faces severe challenges.This study focuses on the adaptability of new class teachers,that is,to investigate and analyze the current situation and problems of new class teachers' adaptability to work requirements and educational organization environment in one to three years.Through the question to explore the influencing factors and on this basis to put forward effective thinking and suggestions.Through this research,we hope to help the new head teacher get the "mirror" of self correction,find the "Seagull" of work direction for the primary school leaders,and let the normal university get the "regulator" of training content.The theories of human and environment adaptation,group dynamics and management provide a solid theoretical basis for this paper.In addition,based on the understanding ofthe adaptability of the new head teacher and the analysis and thinking of the proper path of the adaptability of the new head teacher,it points out the direction for the research.That is to say,the new head teacher of primary school should make an in-depth analysis in individual environment,school organization environment,group social environment,etc.In the investigation,implementation and data analysis,this paper uses questionnaire and interview methods to study45 new head teachers in six primary schools of C City high tech Zone and Kaifu District.The sample size is from the Central Primary School and suburban primary school in the two districts.Through data collection and analysis,it is found that the new head teachers have cognitive deviation of work objectives,imbalance of sense of responsibility and self-protection,confusion of class management and low work efficiency The teacher in charge of a class is out of balance with the teaching of the subject;A series of problems,such as low quality of induction training,emphasis on teaching rather than management,etc.To find out the main influencing factors are lack of ideas,self-quality,skills and methods;lack of class managementability;organization environment support is not significant;social teacher recruitment threshold is low.In view of the problems and influencing factors in the work adaptability of the new head teacher in primary school,this study puts forward specific suggestions from the aspects of subjective spirit,self behavior and objective institutional environment.It includes: strengthening education belief and cultivating moral emotion in subjective spirit;deepening professional cognition and optimizing education idea;grasping time idea and improving efficiency consciousness.In terms of self behavior,we should strengthen interpersonal communication and create a good interpersonal environment;enrich professional knowledge and learn from others' experience;improve personal ability and cultivate educational wit.In the objective system,we should improve the selection system,improve the quality of the head teacher,implement the training system,enhance the professional ability of the head teacher,improve the incentive system,and enhance the sense of work identity.
