In modern social life,job burnout has become a kind of occupational normalization,in which teachers are the representatives of high-risk groups.There are many reasons.Primary school education in compulsory stage is the most basic education in our country.The job burnout of primary school teachers has a direct impact on the quality of basic education in our country.Compared with other teachers,primary school head teachers have undertaken more work,which includes not only daily teaching work,but also the education work of students’ growth.Therefore,the primary school teacher’s job burnout should cause social concern.According to the occupational characteristics of primary school head teachers,this study compiled the "questionnaire of primary school head teachers’ occupation status",investigated 198 in-service primary school class teachers in Shenyang,and used SPSS18.0 to analyze the difference and correlation of job burnout,job stressors and work family conflict,in order to analyze the status quo of primary school head teachers’ job burnout,explore the causes of job burnout,and explore the relationship between job burnout,job stressors and work family conflict.The results show that: primary school head teachers have appeared more obvious job burnout phenomenon,which is more serious in the dimension of emotional exhaustion;job burnout is significantly related to job stressors and work family conflict.On this basis,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the job burnout of primary school head teachers: first,improve professional quality;second,reduce work pressure;third,build a harmonious interpersonal relationship;fourth,strengthen humanistic care outside the occupation. |
