With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,the regional and time constraints existing in the process of knowledge transfer have been gradually weakened.The popularization of information technology and network has promoted the development of new industries and companies,and provided teachers with a new community learning discussion and exchange platform-teachers' network learning community.Teachers can share their teaching progress and classroom experience in the network community.Therefore,to do a good job in the knowledge sharing of teachers' network learning community is the key to effectively improve teachers' teaching level,ensure the efficient completion of teaching tasks and realize the community value.Through reading a large number of journals,literature and books in the early stage,this study learned about the basic expression of online learning at home and abroad,the problems of knowledge management in the network community and the strategies that scholars put forward to improve them.Questionnaire survey is designed to verify the hypothesis of knowledge sharing influencing factors proposed before.The respondents are all members of the online learning community.In the selection of respondents,the scope of the respondents is wide,and the research questions are representative and targeted.In the research,the interview method is used,and the online distribution of questionnaires and the setting of questionnaire questions also have shortcomings and limitations.In order to better verify the existence of conjecture and find more comprehensive problems,and better promote the improvement of the platform,combined with the interview method,in-depth understanding of teachers' subjective view of the obstacles of knowledge sharing and their ideas and suggestions for the obstacles.As an independent individual,teachers have their own unique experience and expertise.They exchange ideas and experiences among teachers in the community and realize the idea of 1 + 1 > 2.Improve the vitality of the platform,help members get the information,technology and knowledge they need,improve the teaching ability and level of teachers in the community,and strengthen the team of excellent teachers.Through this study,I hope to provide a good and perfect online learning environment for teachers.Teachers can combine individual with community,actively participate in knowledge sharing activities of community,and make online learning platform become a convenient,fast and efficient platform for teachers.
