The main purpose of the new curriculum reform at this stage is to change the influence of traditional teaching,realize the innovation of teaching mode,and improve the teaching effect.With the deepening of the progress of the new curriculum reform,education experts and related educators have made continuous attempts and efforts to achieve good results in changing traditional teaching models and improving classroom teaching efficiency.The teaching model is constantly innovated and applied in the teaching of major subjects such as Chinese,mathematics,and English.However,in the geography classroom teaching of junior high school,the application of the new teaching model is relatively small.Middle school geography is an important subject in middle school curriculum teaching system and a comprehensive subject.The purpose of its teaching is to cultivate students' interest in learning geography,to cultivate students' consciousness and ability of geographical thinking,to master basic geographical knowledge and skills,and to train students' practical application ability of geographical knowledge.Fully develop students' thinking and possess geographical thinking.Understand China's national conditions and the current status and trends of world development,gradually develop good study habits,and lay a geographic foundation for studying other disciplines.To train the will and character,set up the correct scientific view,and promote the development of students' quality of geography.At present,in junior high school geography teaching,because geography is a "subsidiary subject",it can not get the attention of the majority of teachers.In the junior middle school geography classroom teaching,the teaching mode is single and boring,and the teaching method does not conform to the students' cognition law,which leads to the inefficiency of the geography classroom,the lack of motivation of the students,and the poor learning effect.This article takes the third middle school as an example to discuss the application of game teaching methods in the junior middle school geography classroom.This research can encourage junior middle school geography teachers to form a new understanding of the middle school geography teaching goals under the new curriculum standards,inspire junior middle school geography teachers to explore new classroom teaching models,and ultimately achieve a comprehensive improvement of the junior middle school geography teaching quality and effect.This article adopts a variety of methods to carry out research,including theliterature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,comparative analysis method four research methods.Taking Zhaozhou No.3 middle school as the research object,through the investigation of the current situation of junior middle school geography teaching,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the application of game teaching method in junior middle school geography classroom teaching,and puts forward the strategies of improving the application of game teaching method in junior middle school geography classroom teaching,hoping to provide theoretical support for improving the level of junior middle school geography education.There are six parts in this paper:The first part is the introduction,including research background,research purpose and significance,literature review,and paper structure and ideas.The second part is the basic theory of game teaching method.Explain the relevant concepts of the game teaching method.Introduces the theoretical basis of game teaching for the study of this article,Heizinha's "player" theory,happy education theory and constructivism theory.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the application of game teaching method in Junior Geography Class.This paper introduces the survey of the current situation of junior middle school geography teaching,points out the overall situation of junior middle school geography teaching,investigates the current situation of junior middle school geography teaching and analyzes the results of the survey.The fourth part is the design principle,strategy and experimental research of the application game teaching method in junior middle school geography classroom.The principle of pertinence,flexibility,subjectivity and moderation.It points out that the design strategies of geography game teaching in junior middle school are: paying attention to the life of game content,strengthening the participation of game process and improving the game teaching language.The research design and analysis of the application of game teaching method in junior middle school geography classroom.Introduce research questions,research objects,research tools,research methods and research steps.The application method and feasibility of the survey method are explained in detail.In this experiment,the two classes of the eighth grade of Zhaozhou No.3 Middle School were taken as the survey objects.Conducted a semester of teaching experiment.Through questionnaire surveys,interview surveys,and experimental comparative analysis,we can understand the effect of game teaching methods on the overall geographic results and geographic comprehensive ability.Then carry out data analysis and discussion,collect and analyze the questionnaire survey data,and statistically analyze the questionnaire survey results before and after the test.Consider from the aspects of teacher teaching,student learning,learning attitude,interest,behavior,ability,etc.Through the two tests before and after,the data analysis was used to compare the geographical results of the experimental class and the control class.Understand the advantages and positive effects of game teaching methods in the junior middle school geography classroom application.The fifth part is the application case and reflection of the game teaching method in junior high school geography classroom.It discusses the advantages of the game teaching method in junior high school geography classroom,and points out the shortcomings of the application of the game teaching method through reflection.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect,summarizes the main findings of this study,the limitations and shortcomings of the study,and prospects the future application of game teaching methods in junior high school geography classroom.
