During the period of the Republic of China,the situation was turbulent and wars and disputes struck.Many people of insight filled the heart of patriotism and embarked on the road of national salvation through different methods."Education to save the country" was also an important way to save the country at that time,but there were many drawbacks in school education at that time,and educators turned their attention to social education,thinking that social education is important for opening up people's wisdom,improving people's knowledge,and People have a great role in promoting a qualified citizen.As one of the representatives who carried out social education in the Republic of China,Chen Lijiang focused on the cultivation of social education talents.Studying the ideas and practices of social education personnel training has enriched the scope of social education research,and has certain significance for the study of social education in the Republic of China.This article makes an in-depth study on Chen Lijiang's concept and practice of social education talent cultivation through literature research and case analysis.Analyze Chen Lijiang's social education talent training ideas through literature research methods,and its specific content includes four aspects of knowledge,behavior,virtue,and physical;through case analysis method to explore Chen Lijiang's social education talent training practice,Its practice and thought have a very high consistency.The curriculum system of the National School of Social Education matches the thoughts of knowledge,action,virtue and style,and is a model for combining theory and practice.Through the exploration of thought and practice,this article divides Chen Lijiang's social education personnel training concept and practice characteristics into two aspects,and analyzes them from the ideological and practical aspects respectively.In particular,the curriculum is very in line with the training requirements of students.The enlightenment to contemporary higher education is mainly reflected in four aspects:focusing on training students' practical ability,running schools close to public opinion,attaching importance to the guidance of social forces,and increasing government support for education.
