At present,improving the quality and level of tax personnel training has become a common concern of the state tax department managers.The main purpose of tax personnel training is to effectively improve the professional quality and skills of tax personnel,stimulate the potential of tax personnel,improve the quality and efficiency of tax personnel.How to carry out effective tax training,ensure and promote tax revenue growth,and gradually realize the institutionalization,scientization and standardization of tax personnel training and management is a very important topic.China’s civil servant training system construction and academic research started late,but China’s rapid economic development,the tax system is changing.In the new period,there are few studies on the practical guidance of civil servant training in local government.In recent years,L city has been actively learning from the advanced training concepts and measures at home and abroad,and has made a lot of practical explorations in talent training,which has achieved good results.Overall,however,there are still many shortcomings.In terms of the breadth of the training mechanism,compared with the urgent needs of taxpayers and the advanced experience at home and abroad,there are still many problems worth in-depth study and improvement.On this basis,this paper starts from the training of tax personnel in L city,and based on the current research status,summarizes the relevant concepts and theories of tax personnel training and tax personnel training at home and abroad,and analyzes the actual cases of tax personnel training in L city by using the case analysis method.Combined with questionnaire survey and data analysis,this paper summarizes the problems existing in current L city tax and the current situation of personnel training,think the current L city tax personnel training system of teachers’ weak,lack of innovation,personnel involved in low levels,such as the audit assessment mechanism is not sound personnel training problems,analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally,based on the actual situation of L city,some measures are put forward to improve the training level of L tax personnel,such as the orientation and specialization of training functions.Diversified training contents;Marketization of training resource allocation;The training evaluation standards are scientific and the training thoughts are informationized,so as to improve the construction and quality of the tax system team and promote the efficient implementation of the tax payment work in China. |
