Higher education is closely linked with the development of the society,the economy and the social undertakings. At present, the academic filed of higher education mainly focus on the study of the relationship between higher education and the development of economy, paying little attention to the reactive relationship between the personnel training of higher education and the development of social undertakings, especially lacking the qualitative and quantitative study. This paper tries to combine the personnel training of higher education and the development of social undertakings and studies their relationship by using quantitative analysis.Firstly, this paper gives an introduction about the current research status, the object of this research and illustrates the relationship of the higher education's personnel training and the development of social undertaking. On this basis, the paper combines the scientific principles, the principle of comprehensiveness, simplicity principle, the principle of comparability, operability, through the historic speculative analysis, perception of speculative analysis, brainstorming, Delphi experts, questionnaire survey and other methods, constructing both index system of higher education and social development.Secondly, with the two index systems and through the various types of Yearbook, the paper collects the data about the personnel training and the development of social undertakings from 2003 to 2008. And through the professional analysis software EVIEWS, the paper illustrates detailed the EVIEWS'results and the relations of the higher education'personnel training and the development social undertaking.Finally, there are some conclusions: firstly, the personnel training of higher education is part of education, which is belong to social undertaking and promotes the development of social undertaking. At the same time social undertaking also promotes the personnel training of higher education. Secondly, by the relevant analysis, there is some strong relationship between the personnel training of higher education and the social undertakings. Thirdly, the carrier of higher education'personnel training in Chongqing and the training results can promote the development of every field in social undertakings. Fourthly, the basic indicators of higher education's personnel training is closely linked with the culture, the health, the ports, the consumption,the environment and so on., but except the collecting book in library. Fifthly, The processing indicator of higher education's personnel training is also linked with the culture, the health, the ports, the consumption,the environment and so on.. Sixthly, the transfer of technology is not linked closely with the development of social undertakings. Seventhly, the development of technology and the education can support the personnel training of higher education strongly; the culture has some impact on the personnel training of higher education. Eighthly, the culture, the health, the ports, the consumption and the environment can support the personnel training of higher education. The paper gives some suggestions according to the study: firstly, making the proper plan about the development of higher education in Chongqing. Secondly, increasing the investment about the basic facilities. Thirdly, strengthening the construction of the teachers'team. Fourthly, strengthening the construction of the quality project by the reform and innovation. Fifthly, serving the society and strengthening the transfer of technology. Sixthly, supplying platforms and regulating the mechanism about the feedback. Seventhly, improving the statistical methods and system about the indicator of social undertakings. |
