From the low point of 2008 to 2012 and 2016,China's track and field have won the Olympic championship twice in a row in the men's 20 km race,which has created a new glory for China's track and field.In this paper,using the method of literature review,expert interview and tracking observation,the author makes a deep study on the training load of Chen ding,the men's 20 km walking champion,in preparation for the Olympic Games in 2012,and discusses the winning factors of Chen ding's Olympic games,so as to provide the scientific basis and experience for Chinese athletes in winter training.The main findings are as follows: 1.The purpose of winter training is clear and specificThe winter training period before the Chen ding Olympic games is 151 days,divided into 35 days for preparation,56 days for foundation,42 days for promotion and 18 days for pre-match training,and all training in the plains.2.Pay attention to physical training,treatment and injury prevention combined In the first half of winter training,the coaches arranged the intensive physical training in order to ensure Chen's systematic training and the ability to resist injury.3.Reasonable arrangement of training intensity to ensure a larger training loadThe focus of the training intensity before the Chen ding Olympic games is to train at the level of 2 mmol/L and 2-3 mmol/L with lactic acid and to maintain a high training load.In total,2385 km of training was completed in the winter,with an average of 108.4 km per week,of which the intensity of 80 % to 90 % was 91 %.The results showed that the low-strength and long-distance endurance training in winter training effectively improved the energy supply of Chen Ding fat and the coordinated energy supply of Chending.Variable speed walking training is the key training to improve Chen Ding's competitive ability.4.Scientific Biochemical Monitoring and Dietary NutritionChoose blood lactic acid,white blood cell,red blood cell,hemoglobin,serum testosterone,creatine kinase,blood urea and other biochemical sensitive indicators,monitor Chen ding's body function,these indicators change with the change of Chen ding training load,but overall maintain relatively stable,reach the best state before the game.At the same time,the rational and timely dietary nutritional supplement scheme and the fine nutritional supplement plan have laid a solid foundation for the formation of the best competitive state in the Beijing Olympic Games.
