Pre-match training plan and special pre-match technical training is an important part of pre-competition training,which has an important impact on the training results,this study selected literature,interviews,field investigation and other research methods,to prepare for the national games of 2017 to prepare for the national games before the national games of the pre-competition training plan and special technical training to summarize its laws,for the Chinese Sanda athletes to provide a reference for pre-competition training.The results of the study show that:Pre-match training includes 4 weeks training week,3 weeks training week and 4 days,6 days a week,basic rules for Tuesday,4,6 day 3 practice.Week-by-week arrangement training,the week before the training week to strengthen the focus action,gradually improve the intensity of exercise and exercise,strengthen the leg wrestling and fist leg combination training,the week before the physical fitness,fist leg throwing power,combat ability,Positioning and scoring ability for the main task,the game week is adjusted status,play a technical and tactical level.The pre-competition training content mainly includes the special training,physical fitness and video watching analysis,the special training is based on combination target,air strike,technical combat,wrestling,sand bags and arena technology,the physical fitness training content is stamina,explosive force,the maximum strength,speed strength,core strength.Pre-competition training method is relatively simple,for repeat training method,continuous training method,transformation training method,combination training method and competition training method,the arrangement of training means closely combined with the characteristics of Sanda.Before the competition,in the state of heavy load training,a week of training six days,three days of moderate load,three days of load.The special technical training task of the seedling training week is mainly to strengthen the key technical training,combination target,blank strike,wrestling,technical confrontation,fist leg combination technology,sandbag training,and the training of the training week special training task is to strengthen the training of combat,scoring and Positioning skills,pay attention to the combat application of the fist leg combination,the strength and accuracy of the fist,the existing fist force insufficiency,the backward boxing defense and the diving defense,the combination of the fist leg combination technology for targeted training.The competition week through preparation before the competition,improve the technical and tactical application level of Miao Chen lei.The special technical training methods mainly include repetition training method,combined training method and competition training method.Pre-match technical training content is the focus of technical action,wrestling action,combination action and combat training,with the duration of the game in the weekly training,the proportion of special technical training increased,the proportion of special technical training reached 70 %.The special training method is selected according to the training content,scientific and reasonable.The special technical training intensity is greater than the amount of exercise,moderate intensity and strong density alternately,in the aspect of the amount of exercise,only the pre-match week arrangement has a large amount of training,the training week is moderate and small amount of training.
