For the first time,the biological core literacy was clearly put forward in the newly promulgated 'Curriculum Standards of Biology for Senior High School(2017 Edition)'issued by the Ministry of Education in 2018.Scientific thinking is one of the basic elements of biological core literacy,and its research is of great significance.The college entrance examination is not only one of the important means of selecting talents,but also an important means of evaluating students' abilities and literacy,affirming students'achievements,and promoting students' progress.In order to reflect the requirements of fostering character and civic virtue,the biological examination questions of the college entrance examination should focus on the biological core literacy.In recent years,the college entrance examination has strengthened the test of biological scientific thinking.What are the main characteristics of the test?How to cultivate students' scientific thinking?Therefore,based on scientific thinking,the analysis of the biological test of college entrance examination is very important.The research object of this paper is the mandatory part of the biological test in the national new curriculum standard ? volume from 2016 to 2019.And research methods used in this paper include literature method,statistics analysis method,case study method,and experience summary method.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the characteristics of the questions based on the analysis of the biological scientific thinking test questions of the college entrance examination,and put forward reasonable suggestions to cultivate students' scientific thinking,and to achieve the purpose of promoting teaching.This article specifically includes seven parts:Chapter One:The introduction part firstly elaborates the research background and clarifies research purpose and significance,and then combs the research status and determines the research contents and methods.Finally,the technical route of this research is designed.Chapter Two:The basic concepts part explains the meaning of rational thinking,scientific thinking,biological scientific thinking and its basic methods,and the inner relationship between biological scientific thinking and other elements of biological core literacy.The theoretical foundation part involves cognitive learning theory,multiple intelligence theory and educational evaluation theory.Chapter Three:This chapter designs tools for analysis of test papers from the level of scientific thinking literacy,and explains them with examples.Chapter Four:This chapter mainly analyzes how the scientific thinking reflects in the national new curriculum standard ? volume in 2016-2019 in both horizontal and vertical directions according to the designed test paper analysis tool,and then combines the typical examples to analyzes how to evaluate the students' scientific thinking literacy.Chapter Five:This chapter summarizes the main characteristics of students'scientific thinking based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the test papers and the national new curriculum standard II volume biological test questions.Chapter Six:This chapter puts forward suggestions for teaching and Evaluation,and achieves the purpose of promoting education and appraisal.Chapter Seven:This part includes research conclusions,innovations,deficiencies and outlook sections.
