Bioscience is an experimental science.We take bioscience experiment as the key to open the door of the mysterious biological science kingdom.Biological science experiment is the concretion of scientific inquiry in our daily high school biology teaching."Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standard "(2017 Edition)said that developing core literacy of disciplines includes life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility.And in the sixth point implementation suggestion,In the sixth point,we should strengthen and improve biology experiment teaching.The "experimental teaching" in this curriculum standard refers to teaching activities organized by teachers in biology laboratory and inside and outside campus.It is not only a practical activity of observing and practicing,but also an inquiry activity characterized by problem solving.One of the features of biology is experimental teachingExperimental teaching is an important support for students to achieve core literacy of biology.In the college entrance examination program in 2017,there are four aspects,1.comprehension ability,2.experiment and inquiry ability,3.ability to obtain information,and 4.comprehensive ability.It can be seen that in high school teaching and college entrance examination,biological experiment is the most important part.However,in practical teaching practice,the treatment of biological experiment class is the opposite.In my work,I visited many secondary schools,and found that biology experiment course didn’t receive enough attention from schools,teachers and students.Or because of limited experimental teaching conditions and lack of class hours,the rate of experimental teaching is generally low,which does not meet the requirements of teaching plan.Because the curriculum standards revolve around the implementation of the core literacy,select and reorganize the curriculum content,clear the content requirements,guide our routine teaching design,put forward the examination evaluation and the compilation of teaching materials.In order to help teachers and students grasp the depth and breadth of teaching and learning,the curriculum standard has also developed the standard of academic quality.It provides an important basis for the stage evaluation,the academic level examination and the entrance examination proposition,and promotes the teaching,learning,and examination of the organic connection.The college entrance examination paper is one of the most powerful examinations to fulfill the requirements of the curriculum standard.Analysis of Volume I biological experiment questions in recent five years helps to understand the concept of curriculum standard and understand the latest trend of college entrance examination reform.It also helps to change the wrong ideas of some educational authorities,schools,teachers and students,and rerecognizes the importance of biological experiments.The analysis can guide the teachers to carry out the biology experiment teaching effectively,find the efficient college entrance examination review strategy in the biological experiment part,and benefit in the students’ ability training process and the college entrance examination.This paper,based on the curriculum standard and the examination outline,analyzes the proportion of the test question scores,the examination points and the examination ability grade for the 2013-2017 year national volume experiment.First of all,the requirements of the curriculum standard and the test outline on the ability of experiment and inquiry were analyzed,and the national college entrance examination found that the national college entrance examination was found in the examination of the basic experimental knowledge and paid more attention to the examination of the students’ inquiry ability.Next,we made a systematic analysis of the proportion,the examination point and the ability level of examination in 2013-2017 years.The test questions of the national Volume I biological experiment are based on the textbook,and the content of the test is basically combined with the basic experiment and the classic experiment in the textbook,and it pays more attention to the examination of the ability of the verifying experiment and the inquiry experiment,and the frequency of examining the inquiry experiment in the last few years is increasing.The point of knowledge focuses on "cell metabolism","basic laws of genetics","regulation of animal life activities","use of microbes",and "genetic engineering".The module of steady state and environment has less scores in the last five years in the form of experimental questions.According to the above characteristics of the test questions,the author puts forward some suggestions based on his more than 10 years’ teaching experience.(1)teachers should change their teaching concepts and attach importance to the teaching of biological experiments.(2)analyze and summarize curriculum standards,examination syllabus and annual college entrance examination questions.(3)we should attach great importance to basic experiments in teaching materials,in-depth study of classic experiments in biology textbooks,and summarize and summarize the experiments in textbooks.In normal teaching,we should experiment the content of textbooks and train the subjects of experiments.
